This large period property is in the historic market town of Brampton, close to Carlisle and the Lake District, and Hadrian's Wall.
To the back there is a heated courtyard area with Gazebo and the outside hot tub. To the front there is an oval shaped lawn with fountain. A path circles the lawn and there are well stocked edges. Large block paved driveway and turning point. To the side lies a raised play area on the large large lawn. Elegant garden fencing encloses the area with automated gates securing the garden.

Large carpeted landing area, leading to five bedrooms and a bathroom. Three of the bedroom are En suite, one bedroom 'Hadrian' is positioned to the back of the house. The other four bedrooms all face over the gardens and the town of Brampton.

The property faces south east and there is a lawned and stocked front garden to look over from the downstairs rooms. From the front four bedrooms upstairs there are views over the rooftops of Brampton and onto the hills behind.
