Perfect for a stay in Cardigan Bay, Tremle is an elegant, Victorian holiday villa, in the coastal village of Tresaith. The house is only 2 minutes walk from the sheltered, sandy beach
This character house has been renovated to a very high standard whilst retaining many of its original Victorian features. Tremle has been awarded 5 stars by the Welsh Tourist Board and it is easy to see why with stylish furnishing, décor and facilities throughout. The property is Dog friendly, and the house sits in a large garden with a sunny outdoor seating area, BBQ and ample parking.
Tremle is ideally situated to explore this amazing area that Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and West Wales have to offer; from stunning beaches, historic castles, quaint towns and numerous activities to suit all ages...from coasteering to dolphin watching.
There is parking for 4 cars, there is also a car port offering dry cover for kayaks etc. The large gardens are not totally enclosed and are bordered on 2 sides by shallow streams, There is a large patio area with a spacious table & chairs, seating 10. There is a Weber BBQ and an outside toilet.
The house is entered through a large front hall with Victorian terracotta tiles, and a wooden staircase. To the left is the dining room, seating 10 guests with a large bay window overlooking the garden, refectory table and high back chairs. To the right is the sitting room, comfortable seating 8 - 10 guests with SMART TV and free-sat box, DVD, CD/radio, a good selection of games, DVD's and books. There is Wireless broadband and an Open Coal fire.
The kitchen features a large range cooker with 6 gas burners & double electric oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The kitchen is well appointed with a good range of china, glassware and cooking equipment. There is also a Nespresso Coffee Machine.
The back hall leads off to the Utility room/boot room and offers a washing machine, tumble dryer, deep freeze and a further 2 fridges. Patio doors lead to the rear of garden.
First Floor Description
3 Double bedrooms are found on the first floor, 2 of which are King size, the 3rd being a double, all are equipped with cotton bedding and Egyptian cotton bath towels. Large, newly fitted family bathroom with bath, separate shower, wash basin and toilet. Shower room with shower, wash basin and toilet. Staircase leads to the 2nd floor.
Second Floor and Above Description
2 Twin bedrooms, both with cotton bedding an Egyptian cotton bath towels. Toilet with wash basin.
Window Views Description
The house has views from the windows of the garden and the steep hillside which sits behind the house. The house is not overlooked.
