The property is surrounded by rolling countryside but is just 1 mile from the popular seaside town of Bude. It is located near Wooda Farm Holiday Park so guests benefit from the use of the facilities which include a tennis court, fishing lake, pitch n putt course, play area, woodland walk and a cosy country restaurant. (Not all facilities are available all year).
Sleeping 10, Tregea is ideal for large families or groups of friends. On the ground floor, there’s a large modern kitchen that leads to a beautiful dining room and living area with bi-fold doors onto the garden. There’s a snug area that the kids will love as it comes with beanbags, a Wii console, TV and DVD player. For the adults, there’s a games room with a pool and table tennis table.
There are 3 kingsized bedrooms all ensuite, two with sea views perfect for spending lazy mornings gazing out at the vista from the comfort of your bed. There are 2 twin bedrooms with a shared spacious family bathroom. Taking inspiration from the coastal setting, the interiors are soft & natural with sea blue inspired accents used as finishing touches throughout.
Wake up slowly and enjoy coffee on the wooden decking at the front of the property. A great place for breakfast gatherings to discuss the adventurous plans for the day ahead. After a day of exploring, return to the enclosed and level garden, light the BBQ for some al fresco dining with a spectacular sunset as the backdrop.
This cool, calm and collected retreat is surrounded by soft sandy beaches lined with dramatic cliffs – the hardest decision of a day can be which beach to visit as you really are spoilt for choice. The quaint fishing village of Boscatle and historic Tintagle Castle are both within easy reach and Devon is just over the border.
There is gated off road parking for two cars. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with electric cooker, large American style fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and space to dry wet coats and boots. Pets are not accepted at Tregea.
