Waterside Cabin - Romantic retreat on the water’s edge Isle of Skye
If you are looking for a romantic hideaway for two then Waterside Cabin in Broadford may well be the perfect choice. This luxury studio for two is beautifully situated just a few meters from the water’s edge. Although small in stature this cosy abode ihas a fully equipped kitchen area, comfy sofa and chair, double bed and ensuite shower room. With French doors that open out to the sea and views out to the hills either side.
With a subtle coastal theme, we’ve designed the space to be relaxing while catering to your every need. The cabin is also screened from the cottage by a high fence so you’ll have complete privacy during your stay.
And when you have had enough of relaxing, the restaurants, cafes and shops of Broadford are a short walk away.
Bookings are for a minimum of two nights, all year round.

Outside Description
Open the French doors straight onto your own private deck with fabulous views of the shore, mountains, and islands of Pabay and Raasay. Outdoor furniture is provided so it's a perfect setting for a romantic sundowner watching the birdlife on the shore and the sun setting behind the hills. The decking leads round to a pretty outdoor space adorned with flowers and hanging baskets from Spring through to Autumn and ideal for an evening BBQ.
Downstairs Description
This studio accommodation features a lounge area at the front with French doors opening out to a private deck; a kitchen area and dining table in the middle; and to the rear, the double bed and ensuite, separated from the main space by a privacy curtain.
There is parking for one car and WiFi.
Window Views Description
What can we say.. . sitting on its own small promontory and with large picture windows to the front and side, Waterside Cabin resembles the prow of a boat, with spectacular views of mountains, sea and sky. Sunsets are splendid, stargazing is a must and even when it rains the skies are astonishing. For wildlife lovers, Broadford Bay is one of the best birdwatching spots in the Highlands so it's easy to while away the hours watching the resident curlews, oystercatchers and sandpipers or keeping a look out for the migratory passers by on their way to or from Africa, Greenland or further afield. In quiet moments, look out for the odd deer or otter making their way down the shore. This is a place where you can while away hours just gazing out at the everchanging view.
