The Retreat at Woodchester Valley Vineyard is a spacious farmhouse that can accommodate up to 4 guests and 2 well behaved dogs in total comfort. Ideally situated next to the vineyard the views are truly stunning across the Stroud valley and countryside
The property has a large living area, ensuite master bedroom, downstairs twin room with separate bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering
Stay at a delightful vineyard and winery in the South Cotswolds countryside. Woodchester makes the perfect location for a holiday, weekend or activity break. As well as a wine lovers’ destination this area is also walkers & cyclists paradise.
Guided tours and tastings of Woodchester vineyard and winery are available all year round. These take you through the vineyard and winery with experienced members of our team to give you an insight into the world of winemaking. This is then followed by a sit down tutored tasting of a selection of our current wines.

Outside Description
The Retreat offers a carport and parking for 3 cars. There is a large front garden (not secure for dogs) with a picnic bench and a smaller table with 4 chairs. At the side of the property there is a gate to the smaller back enclosed garden.
Downstairs Description
Entering the Retreat through the boot room/utility room with a small cloakroom to the side, you will enter the spacious Kitchen/diner. This is well equipped and has a round table perfect for enjoying a home cooked meal. There is sofa and armchair to sit and enjoy the social space or watch the T.V (with Sky package), while making the most of the log burner. There are french doors leading up steps to the secure private back garden. From the kitchen there are 3 steps leading you to the hallway. Off the hall you will find the living room with two seating areas, one for watching T.V (Sky package) and enjoying the log burner and the second seating area where you can sit and simply enjoying the stunning views across the valley and over the front garden. Also leading from the hallway you will find a bathroom with bath and separate shower and a twin bedroom, with french doors to the back garden.
First Floor Description
Up the stairs leading from the hallway is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a bath and separate large walk in shower. The bedroom has a superking bed (can also be a twin room), and a TV . With views to the front garden and across the valley beyond.
Window Views Description
The views are the wow factor of this property. The views, even in the rain, are stunning.
