The ground floor accommodation comprises one double bedroom, en suite shower room with wash basin and toilet, a spacious living room with a galley kitchen – which is well equipped with modern appliances including oven and hob, microwave, fridge and kettle.
The living room has a sofa bed sleeping a further two people in comfort, a four seat dining table and benefits from a flat screen TV and free wireless broadband access.
French doors lead onto a south-facing decked veranda with table and chairs and the use of a gas barbecue.
