Popular with visitors Rock is the perfect location for your next romantic getaway for two. Ideal as the base to explore this part of Cornwall this one bedroom apartment has everything you could need during your stay.
The apartment is situated on desirable Rock Road and is one of five in a large property set back from the road with parking and communal grounds.

It has lovely country views towards St Enedoc golf course. It is modern and stylish with a fully fitted kitchen, breakfast area and dining area in open plan living space. One bedroom but living room has sofa beds for flexibility and plenty of storage for linen. Good quality furnishings and well-equipped.Two TV/DVDs Internet access. 2 fold up bikes available. One small dog accepted, extra charge.
It is close to good range of local shops, beaches, sailing school and access to passenger ferry to lively Padstow with abundance of shops and places to eat. Surfing hire/tuition at Polzeath with good places to eat and shop. Lovely coastal walks and fine dining in the area (Nathan Outlaw & Rick Stein). Port Isaac for Doc Martin fans and historic Tintagel a short drive away. Bryher can be booked with Hollyhocks (sleeps 7) for larger parties. Ask about special deals and flexible changeover days in mid and low season.

Situated on the top floor the apartment is all on one level when you reach it! Light and airy apartment with country views to front and rear. Open plan living room, dining and kitchen area, well equipped, breakfast bar with seats. Two comfy sofas that convert to two single beds for additional guests (extra charge). 43" smart tv, wifi. Kitchen has bulit in fridge, oven and hob, and dishwasher, separate microwave and good storage. Electric heaters throughout.
The bedroom has built in wardrobe, double bed tv with dvd Bathroom with shower, loo basin, washing machine and cupboards.
