The Farmhouse has been recently renovated and we hope it to now be a luxurious holiday home. Sleeping up to 5 guests in 3 very comfortable bedrooms The Farmhouse makes the perfect coastal retreat for holidays and special breaks in Scotland. Delightfully situated with views across the farmland to Balcary bay, over the Galloway hills and to the Lake District fells the property is in an idyllic location.

Outside Description
Our farm is 494 acres with a superb coastal footpath along its periphery. Some of the most stunning views in South West Scotland. The house is surrounded by a wrap around garden offering a sun trap area to the south facing side, with a lovely dining terrace. We have a small concrete dog exercise area to the south side, along with a specific dog exercise paddock to the front of the house looking towards Balcary Bay. The farm buildings are adjoining the house in a traditional style, with some more modern buildings too. We have a few hens, and guinea fowl which are free range, along with our farm cats!
Downstairs Description
Amazing views are experienced from our conservatory to the seaside of Balcary Bay, the Galloway hills and across to the Cumbrian fells. We have 2 sitting rooms, on looking towards Balcary Bay and the other with south facing garden and farmland views. A spacious kitchen diner along with a separate dining room, downstairs bathroom / wet room, utility room and entrance porch.
First Floor Description
Master en suite bedroom with sea views, family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Twin bedroom with vellum window looking towards the sea (if you are tall enough to see out!). The single bedroom looks out onto the south facing garden.

Window Views Description
We have lovely views from all the rooms in The Farmhouse, overlooking the land towards the coast, across to the Lake District and just beautiful fields with farm animals roaming around. The farm housing buildings are adjoining the house and across the garden.
