We have three gardens extending to 3/4 acre , totally private and dog secure , mainly behind 8' tall thick stone walls . There are numerous outside terraces for Alfresco dining , with wonderful views of Saint Boniface Down ( the highest point on the Island) . The private etrance terrace also houses our 5 seater J475 Jucuzzi Hot Tub.
Downstairs Description
The whole of the extensive ground floor (112 square meters) has Italian Limestone Flooring ( and dogs are permitted to use the whole ground floor ).
Consists of a fully equipped Kitchen/ diningRoom Conservatory , a large dining room complete with three sofa's , a Smart TV with Sky movie channels , andd extensive Kids library consisting of books, DVD's Board Games. There is a separate Garden bedroom with direct access to the Garden , a separate Shower room, WC .
