Outside Description
Lucky's Stable has a fantastic outside area to compliment its high spec interior. The dining area flows seamlessly out onto a large decking area with corner sofa, 2 stools and 2-level table. The focus is the beautiful outdoor fireplace with brick chimney, next to which are two large BBQ grills and a preparation area with cupboards underneath for the outdoor logs.
Down two steps to the large square hot tub. The whole area is accented by lavender planters
Downstairs Description
Entering from the car parking space at the rear of the property you'll find yourself in the boot lobby. A bench and hooks directly in front, washing machine to your right and the downstairs washroom with toilet and walk-in shower to your left. Nods to the properties past as a stable can be found throughout with horseshoe door handles and barn doors. Through a sliding door on your right it opens out to the main living space. This is open plan beginning with the sitting area featuring two leather chesterfield sofas (one a sofa bed), continuing to the dining area with handmade oak table, benches and two chairs in front of wide sliding doors on both east and west elevation. The stairs are to the left behind the dining table and on the right through a wide archway, you'll find yourself in an ample kitchen with range cooker, breakfast bar, fridge-freezer with ice maker and bluetooth sound system. Back on the North side of the property just off the sitting area is the downstairs twin bedroom with zip and link beds. These can be set up as a super-king bed or 2 singles for maximum flexibility.
First Floor Description
Up the oak staircase with carpet runner you'll find a landing with a bedroom immediately to your left featuring a beautiful double bed, two large chest of drawers and a cabrio 'balcony' velux window. At the opposite end of the landing is the master bedroom, larger than the first and with a dressing table and wardrobe and another balcony velux window. There is space to accommodate a travel cot in here, available on request. The third doorway of the landing leads to the upstairs bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and toilet.
