With superb rural views this beamed holiday cottage is perfect for a family or two couples as the master bedroom has an ensuite shower etc. If you want an additional bedroom the Orchard Bedroom can be hired - this is a ground floor stand alone guest suite providing a twin bedded room with it's own front door that can be rented on a nightly basis. Light and airy in the summer and warm and cosy ( Wood burning stove and Central Heating) in the cooler months.

Outside Description
Step out of the reception room into an enclosed private patio with access to the meadow area. This grassy space is perfect for children as you can watch them playing from the comfort of your patio. Plenty of parking and we have an electric car charging point (please request in advance of your visit). Laundry Room available to all guests (washing machine and tumble drier) - small charge.
Downstairs Description
From the pretty courtyard the front door opens into the entrance hall with storage and a flight of stairs to the bedrooms. Off the hall is a very comfortable reception room with a wood burning stove (first basket of logs supplied), exposed beams and french windows that open onto a private patio. Smart TV. The other room off the hall is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

Master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite shower, toilet and basin. Twin bedroom, separate family bathroom.

We're located in the heart of the Blackdown Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with views over gently rolling hills dotted with farms and farm animals. Plenty of birds and wildlife.
