French doors open onto a large furnished balcony which has beautiful views to sea and over Southwold – the perfect place to sit back and relax and watch nature at its best – on the balcony if the weather permits – but inside in the cosy sitting area if not!
Downstairs is a family bathroom with a bath with shower over, a well equipped kitchen and glazed dining and sitting room (with Smart TV) which faces east with views out to sea and doors which lead onto the outdoor sitting area, with dining table, chairs and parasol and gas barbeque.
