This delightful boutique shepherd’s hut sits in an idyllic private orchard within a 60-acre working equestrian centre, with a polo club and trout fishery less than a mile away. The coastal villages of South and North Queensferry are close by, offering cafés, inns, shops, beaches, and access to the Fife Coastal Path, as well as the popular Deep Sea World. Edinburgh is just 7 miles away and easily reached by train or park-and-ride, with iconic attractions such as the Castle, National Galleries, the Botanic Gardens, and world-famous festivals. Other nearby highlights include the Kelpies, Falkirk Wheel, and Knockhill Racing Circuit.
Step inside the cosy, luxurious hut to find an open-plan living area with comfy seating, a Smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining space perfect for romantic meals. The sleeping area features a king-size bed with ample storage, and the stylish shower room completes the accommodation.
Outside, the fully enclosed garden offers everything for a relaxing stay: a bistro dining set, Weber charcoal BBQ, fire pit, and a private wood-fired hot tub. A shared sauna is just a short stroll across the orchard.
Guests are welcome to wander the equestrian yard and enjoy views of the horses grazing or in training—and you may even catch a small dressage or show-jumping event if your stay coincides with one.
