The cottage is fitted to a high standard and has its own private and enclosed garden complete with a new hot tub and BBQ. We don’t charge for our hot tubs; they are free.
Gardeners is dog friendly with a maximum of two dogs per property.

Only a short drive from York the house has been lovingly restored and is furnished to a very highest standards and offers guests 5 star accommodation all year round.
The house can accommodate up to ten guests comfortably in five spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table able to seat twelve. Adults and children can relax in comfort in either of the two living rooms both cosy with woodburner a real fire respectively.
Outside there is a secluded private lawned garden with beautiful rural views and you can take in those views while enjoying the luxury of the new Jacuzzi Hydrotherapy Hot Tub on the patio. There is also a BBQ and garden furniture to enjoy a spot of Al fresco dining.
