Accommodation
One of our two bed two bath cottages, Shell’s spirit pays homage to the Shell Gallery that was formerly sited in the west barn of Sharrington Hall. The colours are a sophisticated soft blend of oyster, silver and taupe, and subtle playful shell motifs decorate the house in the form of lampshades and mirrors.
The kitchen has a hand-built painted kitchen and antique French refectory table and chairs. There is open access to a separate sitting room, with a contemporary L-shaped sofa, large open fireplace and log burning stove.
There are two ensuite double bedrooms. One has a European king four-poster bed, antique chest, hanging space and grand doors opening into a bathroom with cast iron roll top bath, WC and basin. The second bedroom offers twin or superking bed with large doors opening into a bathroom with WC, basin and walk-in shower tiled in oyster-coloured pebbles.
Shell is approx one hundred sq metres and has free wifi, freesat TV, DVD player, digital radio with bluetooth speaker, dishwasher, hairdryer, central heating and access to washing machine/ironing. Towels, linens and logs provided.
Shell has a private terrace, with table and chairs, that gives onto the shared garden. There is off-road parking. Views are across the garden onto open fields at the front, the Hall and west barn behind, and onto the Hall green at the side.

Sleeping up to five guests Willow Cottage is ideal for family breaks. Great care and attention to detail means that the accommodation is presented to a very high standard and is also dog friendly.
The cottage is semi-detached and the accommodation comprises of: One super king/twin bedroom is downstairs and the first floor, with charming coombed ceilings and velux windows has one super king/twin bedroom, a shower room and a third smaller bedroom, which we call the Cabin and has a full size single bed and a travel cot.
On the ground floor, the sitting room which has an open fire, leads through to the kitchen/dining room. The hob and oven are electric; there is a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. Plenty of crockery and glass and child friendly plates etc. The dining table seats up to six and there is a high chair plus a junior chair to keep the youngsters happy.
