The Pig House is the perfect place for family get togethers, friends celebrating birthdays, special occasions or two families wishing to holiday together.

The Pig House is very spacious with an enormous open plan kitchen, living and dining area which overlooks the courtyard garden to the south through four enormous glass screens.

The kitchen is very well equipped for any discerning chefs and many of our guests employ a local chef to come and cook for a special evening.

For those wishing to have a bit of time out, there is an additional sitting room which has a stunning glass corner which overlooks the valley. It really is the most tranquil room to sit in and read a book, chat or simply to sit and look out and enjoy the outside from inside!

Finally a cinema room completes the living space. There is a drop down screen, surround sound, very comfy Ligne Roset orange sofas, black out blinds and curtains so that you can shut yourself in and immerse yourself in a real cinema experience in the comfort of The Pig House.

The Pig House has internet connection through Starlink, so despite being very rural the internet speed is excellent.

The four ensuite bedrooms are all spacious with fitted wardrobes. All have superking beds, three of which are zip and link, so can be made up as single beds at the request of guests.

The bathrooms are tiled, with large showers, underfloor heating and electric towel rails. The shower in the master bedroom is so big that it has two showers in it!

The outside space at The Pig House is plentiful. Both gardens are fully enclosed. The courtyard garden faces south and has outdoor table and seating for eight.

There is also an outdoor/indoor area with comfy outdoor sofas.

A large jacuzzi which comfortably seats six is a great place for relaxing in the evening and enjoying the starlit Norfolk skies.

There is ample parking and a car port for two cars and an EV Charger.

Retreat upstairs to discover four boutique bedrooms boasting their own bath/shower rooms, balconies and unique character. Bedroom one resides at the end of the corridor, this delightful principal suite boasts a sumptuous king-size bed, plenty of storage space with built-in wardrobes, a dressing area and shutters opening to the balcony with slate tiled flooring, from which one can enjoy enchanting views across Mullion Cove towards miles of open sea. The vast south-facing slate paved sun terrace stretches across the front of Henscath House and can be accessed from the dining hall, kitchen and sitting room. It houses a large table, perfect for balmy summer evenings dining as a family. The barbecue tempts family feasts and there’s two wall-mounted electric patio heaters, so you can stay cosy outside until the moon and stars appear. Steps lead down to the large lawned garden with an array of wonderful plants, gently sloping to a wild area with meandering pathways and hedgy borders for ultimate privacy. At the bottom of the garden is a small wooden gate which provides easy access down to Mullion Cove from the road. The garden also has the delight of a circular pavilion seating area, an idyllic spot for breakfast or afternoon tea as the ocean glistens beyond.

Henscath House also has a wonderful rear garden behind the spacious gravel driveway. It boasts mature hedging, plants and trees on its borders, several vegetable patches and a greenhouse. You are more than welcome to pick vegetables and herbs from the garden for your own use. The friendly gardener visits Henscath House once a week and is more than happy to advise on the vegetables. The handy outdoor shower is perfect for washing sand off after the beach and there is a storage space just around the side of the house for wetsuits, paddleboards etc. If you can tear yourself away from this special retreat, you have the delights of Mullion Cove, Polurrian Beach and Poldhu Beach just a stone’s throw away.

This contemporary home, which was constructed using bricks from Queen Victoria’s original forge, is a reminder of the Island’s regal past. It offers the ideal location for a calm and tranquil retreat, sandwiched between Osborne House, Osborne Golf Course, and Norris Castle Estate. The Isle of Wight has plenty of options and activities for families looking for adventures, and outdoor aficionados may take beautiful hikes right outside their door.

Enter this lovely house, where modern furnishings and muted décor create a peaceful atmosphere. A corridor to the left of the entrance leads to two pleasant bedrooms, a roomy emperor and a tiny twin, both of which have lovely garden views. It has a massive solid wood table that was handcrafted from an old oak tree that used to grace the estate, along with contemporary décor. This space is ideal for family get-togethers and early planning meetings because it can accommodate 10 people. Conveniently, the small restroom is next to the kitchen. Climb the twisted oak staircase to find three double bedrooms with peaceful views of the countryside and plenty of comfort. This top floor is served with a wet room. The Temple of Diana, a masterwork by 18th-century architect James Paine, was constructed for Sir Henry Bridgeman in the 1760s. The Temple, which was first intended to be a multipurpose garden structure, has several interesting characteristics that are suitable for 21st-century enjoyment. The Kings Arms, a friendly tavern in the village, serves a wide variety of wines and regional ales. Because it is so popular, it is best to make a reservation if you plan to eat out!

“The Cúil” is a brand-new, opulent, modern one-bedroom studio apartment.

In Scots Gaelic, “cúil” denotes “nook,” “nest,” or “corner.” Since we have made a cozy nest for two people on the corner of our croft, we felt that this was a fitting name for this area.

One king-size bed, a dining area and seating area, a small kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, and two-burner induction range, and an opulent shower room with a mains pressure rain shower and a Fired Earth limestone floor are all included in the open-plan studio. An elevated private sundeck area with breathtaking views is another advantage of the Cúil. The studio is flooded with light from the large sliding patio doors, and the king-size bed provides a comfortable place to enjoy the views.

The bedding consists of a waffle duvet cover and sheets made exclusively of cotton. Along with the hair dryer, freesat smart TV, USB and Type C charging ports, free WiFi, and a portable Bose Bluetooth speaker, we also provide waffle robes and slippers.

A couple of love seats are available on the terrace for enjoying a coffee in the morning or a sundowner as the evening light fades. To keep you warm, blankets are available for use outside on the sundeck.

Behind the gates and stone walls and in the grounds of a Grade II listed farmhouse, the stable has been converted from a 19th coach house and is located on the Island’s most dramatic and unspoiled stretches of coastline at the most southernly point. The accommodation is on one level and has a lovely south facing garden sheltered by a large outcrop of sandstone rock, a place to relax and look for visiting red squirrels.

The Barn, which dates back to the 19th century, has undergone extensive renovations to create the perfect getaway spot for family or friends, being located at the southernmost tip of the Isle of Wight surrounded by National Trust downland and glorious coastal walks, just a short stroll will take you down to the Lighthouse. During the renovation the roof was lifted to make space for two bedrooms upstairs, decorated in light colours and wood painted floors, both have south facing views over the garden and English Channel beyond. The ground floor is open plan and designed in a contemporary style with a wood burner to relax by with a good book and a glass of wine! The kitchen is well equipped if you feel like cooking or pop round the corner to our local Inn. Located on the Weston Park Estate, Pink Cottage is a romantic getaway for two people, tucked away in the heart of Temple Wood. The one-story cottage is the ideal retreat for two people, including a large kitchen, a distinctive sitting area with a wood-burning stove and glass doors leading to the gardens, a comfortable bedroom, and a contemporary bathroom.
