James’s Parlour is a large, spacious well-appointed cottage ideal for a multi-generational holiday or group celebration. Accommodating 12 guests comfortably. It has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with plenty of space for two travel cots if required. With a Ground floor twin bedroom which is ideal for grandparents or teens.

The cottage itself has a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, which has been thoughtfully designed with everything your guests might need to enjoy their time together.
The elegant dining table, comfortably seats 12 and is ideal for a celebration meal or a simple family feast. Enjoy lingering over a long meal where conversations flow as easily as the wine, whilst the children are entertained by a film or game.

Outside, James’s Parlour has a very large enclosed lawned garden and substantial patio area that wraps itself around the cottage. This generous green space is perfect for the children to play safely in, or for the adults to quietly enjoy a good book.
