The sitting room offers the perfect space to relax, housing a luxurious 10-seater corner sofa, two swivel chairs, a 65-inch Smart TV, a living flame remote-controlled fire, and a piano. Immerse yourself in your favourite music through the state-of-the-art Sonos sound system, integrated throughout the whole property and garden. The system is zoned to each room and can be easily controlled with Alexa speakers.
Continue through to the games room where will find a full-size pool table, corner sofa, 65-inch Smart television, Xbox, DVD player, and a selection of books and games for the ultimate family games night. There is also a separate study room, with a desk, printer and views over the estuary, should you need to work while away.

If you’re looking for a busier spot, head over to Scarborough (10 miles), where you can find the historic 12th-century castle, open-air theatre, with many performances and boat tours along the coast spotting local wildlife.
