Upon entering the property through the grand front door, you are welcomed into a spacious entrance hall, fully equipped with a lift, providing access to the first floor. On the ground floor are a plethora of spaces and rooms to enjoy time together. The cinema room is an excellent space, boasting a large Smart TV. With bedrooms spanning across the ground floor, first floor and second floor, as well as in the adjacent outbuilding located opposite the main property, you have plenty of choice; each room is opulently designed with style and comfort in mind. The bathrooms, too, are elegantly and stylishly appointed, each offering high-end quality, designed for comfort and relaxation. The multiple living spaces are ideal for getting together as a whole group or taking time out to relax and unwind, be it in the spacious and airy lounge or warm and cosy snug. Inside the main property, the open-plan kitchen dining area is amply equipped with entertainment in mind, with multiple ovens and a large 7-ring hob. Dinner can be enjoyed together at the stately dining table, seating up to 20 guests.

The grounds are spacious and as equally stylish as the interiors, with manicured lawns and patio areas offering multiple hot tubs in which to enjoy the spectacular views. The wellbeing suite, which is situated towards the rear of the main building, is a serene space, with a sauna and steam room. For the young at heart – adult or otherwise – the games room is an excellent addition, located opposite the main house, with a pool table and additional sleeping quarters. Every aspect of the property and grounds has been designed with fun and relaxation in mind, so you are free to enjoy this spectacular, private slice of luxury with friends and family.

Coach House is a stunning Cotswolds Hideaway situated above the historic 16th century hamlet and private estate of Walton, close to Shakespeare’s Stratford-upon-Avon. This barn is an effortless combination of stylish modern interiors and delightful countryside charm and is the ideal place for families and friends to gather together and enjoy picture perfect views.

This charming, lovingly converted barn, set on a small private estate, is one of three that seamlessly blends classic country style living with undivided comfort. For those with a retro taste in music, the owners have thoughtfully provided a classic record player and a selection of vinyls to transport you back to days gone by. For those who don’t want to lose contact with the outside world, there is also a quiet corner with a desk area.

A weathered oak circular dining table, big enough to comfortably seat up to eight guests, is central to the open-plan living space and is ideal for those celebratory feasts or simple breakfasts. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to create a culinary masterpiece or a simple picnic to enjoy in the spacious garden. The charcoal finished cupboards and granite work surfaces are highlighted by an incredible metallic copper wall, ensuring the lovely charm of the property is carried throughout.

Guest have three tastefully furnished bedrooms to choose from, all of which offer complete comfort. On the ground floor, there is a spacious room with a king-size bed and stylish en-suite bathroom, with a walk-in shower and a romantic roll-top bathtub for those moments of complete self-indulgence.

On the first floor, a further two bedrooms are nestled within the eaves of the barn. One offers a king-size bed, the second offers twin beds, perfect for those with children or guests happy to sleep separately. Both bedrooms on the first floor are serviced by an elegant family bathroom with a separate walk in shower.

The front garden provides Coach House guests with the perfect space for a wonderful al fresco dining experience. Located within the heart of the Ashdown Forest, Kidds Hill Farm is a beautiful period house sitting at the end of a rural leafy lane with a gated driveway, offering guests a truly remarkable retreat.

Look no further than Park Cottage if you’re searching for a tranquil retreat that’s close to all the amenities a town has to offer. The Alvie Estate farm’s working fields encircle this three-bedroom holiday home and its enclosed garden. The cottage’s southeast orientation towards the Cairngorm mountains makes it the ideal spot to witness breathtaking sunrises and the constantly shifting landscape as the seasons change.

Park Cottage, once a charming two-up, two-down residence for the estate’s resident stalker, has been carefully extended to increase its interior space and fully utilise its breathtaking surroundings. The cottage was recently renovated and is now a light-filled, chic, and welcoming haven.

You enter through the wood-lined porch, where you can stow your outside shoes and shrug off outerwear. A well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats two people is located on one side of the house, along with a dining area, utility room and shower room. A large lounge with a wood stove and a variety of comfortable couches and chairs to relax on is located on the opposite side.

The property is a great option for groups that include both early risers and night owls because all three bedrooms are located up a thickly carpeted staircase. The window in the main bedroom frames those stunning views of the mountains, and the rustic farmhouse style makes the space feel cosy.

The contemporary upper bathroom is shared by a twin and a second double bedroom, further extending the style.

With breathtaking vistas outside, Park Cottage is just as welcoming inside. The garden provides 360-degree views of the Monadhliath Mountains, Alvie Estate, and the Cairngorms. On a sunny day, light a BBQ, recline in the garden chairs, or unwind in the wood-fired hot tub beneath the stars.

You can directly access the Monadliath mountains from the rear of Park Cottage, which looks west. Despite this sense of solitude, it only takes ten minutes to get to the town of Aviemore, which has shops, bars, and dining options. The village of Kincraig is even closer.

Alvie Estate is the perfect place for thrill-seekers. In addition to Park Cottage, it is the location of G2 Outdoor, which provides outdoor activities like canyoning, rafting, gorge walking, and ziplining, as well as a variety of on-site activities like clay pigeon shooting, quad biking, zip trekking, and pony trekking.

There are lots of other, tamer activities available if all of that sounds a bit too much. Visit the Highland Wildlife Park, observe the magnificent working sheepdogs at Leault Farm, which is just down the road, or go fishing on nearby Loch Alvie, Loch Insh, or the River Spey. Additionally, there are miles of local paths that connect to The Speyside Way and countless hills for you to hike or cycle from your front door. The Pig House is the perfect place for family get togethers, friends celebrating birthdays, special occasions or two families wishing to holiday together.

The Pig House is very spacious with an enormous open plan kitchen, living and dining area which overlooks the courtyard garden to the south through four enormous glass screens.

The kitchen is very well equipped for any discerning chefs and many of our guests employ a local chef to come and cook for a special evening.

For those wishing to have a bit of time out, there is an additional sitting room which has a stunning glass corner which overlooks the valley. It really is the most tranquil room to sit in and read a book, chat or simply to sit and look out and enjoy the outside from inside!

Finally a cinema room completes the living space. There is a drop down screen, surround sound, very comfy Ligne Roset orange sofas, black out blinds and curtains so that you can shut yourself in and immerse yourself in a real cinema experience in the comfort of The Pig House.

The Pig House has internet connection through Starlink, so despite being very rural the internet speed is excellent.

The four ensuite bedrooms are all spacious with fitted wardrobes. All have superking beds, three of which are zip and link, so can be made up as single beds at the request of guests.

The bathrooms are tiled, with large showers, underfloor heating and electric towel rails. The shower in the master bedroom is so big that it has two showers in it!

The outside space at The Pig House is plentiful. Both gardens are fully enclosed. The courtyard garden faces south and has outdoor table and seating for eight.

There is also an outdoor/indoor area with comfy outdoor sofas.

A large jacuzzi which comfortably seats six is a great place for relaxing in the evening and enjoying the starlit Norfolk skies.

There is ample parking and a car port for two cars and an EV Charger.

We welcome well behaved dogs and offer walking on our 500 acre arable farm, immediately accessible from The Pig House.

Henscath House also has a wonderful rear garden behind the spacious gravel driveway. It boasts mature hedging, plants and trees on its borders, several vegetable patches and a greenhouse. You are more than welcome to pick vegetables and herbs from the garden for your own use. The friendly gardener visits Henscath House once a week and is more than happy to advise on the vegetables. The handy outdoor shower is perfect for washing sand off after the beach and there is a storage space just around the side of the house for wetsuits, paddleboards etc. If you can tear yourself away from this special retreat, you have the delights of Mullion Cove, Polurrian Beach and Poldhu Beach just a stone’s throw away.
