Our large dining table seats up to 6 guests, with 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar.
Opposite the Kitchen is our small Snug, a quiet and cosy spot with a sofa, footstool and Smart TV. This is a great area for playing some boardgames, reading a quiet book in the armchair, or sitting with your feet up to watch a film. This room has beautiful views to the front of the property and across the surrounding landscape.
Our Master Bedroom is found on the ground floor and features a luxuriously large Emperor size bed and beautiful full length windows overlooking the garden. Our Master Bedroom has a large walk-in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space, along with a luxurious en-suite bathroom, with double sinks, large shower cubicle, and relaxing bathtub, along with a toilet and bidet. There is also a smart TV in the Master Bedroom for relaxed mornings in bed.
Along the hallway, also on the ground floor is Bedroom 2, with comfortable double bed. A bathroom can be accessed from the hallway adjacent to Bedroom 2, which features a bath with overhead shower, toilet and sink.
Upstairs, there are three further bedrooms. Bedroom 3 has a relaxing double bed, along with a dressing table by the window. Bedroom 5, at the end of the hallway, has a comfortable king size bed. Our fun woodland Bunk Room is perfect for little ones, and can sleep two people in full size single bunks. All bedrooms have with plenty of storage and hanging space for unpacking items during your stay.
Our stylish family shower room is located on the first floor, with toilet, sink and bath, and large walk in shower.
Bath towels, and luxurious toiletries from Fine Scottish Soaps are provided for all guests. Our beds are made up with fresh high quality linens.

In the Living area, you can relax with your feet up and sink into our comfortable sofas while watching TV or enjoying the beautiful views surrounding the cottage. The logburning fire is our favourite feature, making this a cosy and luxurious space. Our smart TV has access to services such as Netflix for streaming your favourite TV shows and films.

In the hallway, our Utility cupboard has a washing machine which guests are welcome to use, there is an outdoor drying rack to the rear of the property.

Coorie By The Coast is perfect for families or groups who want to ‘Coorie in’ or snuggle up and relax together, explore the beach, and take in the stunning views along the Arbroath coastline. Our cosy cottage is in the perfect location for exploring the traditional fishing town of Arbroath or heading further afield to the heart of Scotland.
Our cottage has a large cosy living dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom for you to enjoy during your stay.
Downstairs, the living area perfect for spending time together during your stay, with a comfortable sofa, chairs and a TV with Freeview and access to streaming services such as Netflix. Our dining table is located in the Living room and can seat six when you wish to enjoy a meal together or crack out some board games.
To the rear, our small but perfectly formed kitchen has cooking facilities including an oven, hob microwave and kettle, along with a washing machine to use during your stay. Our bathroom is on the ground floor, with large walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
You can access the private back garden through a door at the rear of the property. Outside you will find an outdoor dining table and a comfortable outdoor sofa to relax and take in the views.
Our master bedroom is on the ground floor, with a comfortable double bed, while bedrooms two and three are on the first floor, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Our bedrooms have storage space available for unpacking items during your stay.
The entire cottage is available for our guests to use during their stay. This includes a private garden to the rear of the property which overlooks the beach.
Please note that as while our traditional seaside cottage has been modernised throughout, it still holds its traditional charm with low ceilings in the upstairs bedrooms and a narrow staircase to access them. While it can be easily accessed, the stairs are a little steep and may not be suitable for all guests.
Ranch House Cottage is a traditional stone cottage set in the heart of the Aberdeenshire countryside, perfect for autumn and winter escapes. Our cottage sleeps 4 guests, with two bedrooms, an inviting self catering kitchen, and cosy living room with log burner for relaxing after a day of exploring. We are located just a 10 minute drive from the town of Inverurie and are a short walk from the luxurious Thainstone House Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants. Dogs welcome.
The traditional cottage sleeps up to four guests, with two king size bedrooms, a cosy living room, and a spacious open-plan kitchen dining area.
Downstairs, our kitchen dining area has a large dining table to seat four, along with a spacious kitchen with all necessary amenities for cooking during your stay.
Our living room features two comfortable reclining sofas and a large flat-screen TV, and is a favourite spot for relaxing by the rustic log-burning stove.
The boot room, situated by the front door, has a washing machine and tumble dryer, and can be used to sleep dogs during your stay. The bathroom is beautifully decorated to promote relaxation with a large freestanding bath, sink and toilet.
Upstairs, the large Primary bedroom has an en-suite shower room with large walk in shower, toilet and wash hand basin. A romantic private balcony can be accessed from the bedroom, with a table and chairs overlooking the surrounding treetops.
The second bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed and beautiful views of the woods and countryside walks. A small desk area is available to catch up on work during your stay.
Outside, we have a shared courtyard with a partly covered dining area, BBQ and twinkling outdoor lights to allow you to enjoy the outdoors long into the evening. Parking is available for guests next to the cottage.

Ranch House Cottage is less than 3 miles from the centre of Inverurie (The Heart of The Garioch) and is an ideal location to explore Aberdeenshire from mountain to sea. The city of Aberdeen is 15 miles away and provides all the usual city amenities (Theatre, Cinemas, Football Stadium, Museums etc).
