Bayses Barn is in the most beautiful spot on our 500 acre arable farm. It sits nestled halfway down Bayses Lane (it really is a lane) overlooking a picturesque meadow and the valley beyond.

The living area of the barn is dominated by three large glass screens, facing west to a courtyard garden.

Bayses Barn sleeps six in three ensuite bedrooms. The master bedroom has two large glass screens which also overlook the meadow – it really is a great view to wake up to from the superking size bed.

As with all our properties, the kitchen is very well equipped for any discerning chefs out there. There is a full size oven, warming drawer, large integrated fridge freezer and separate wine fridge.

If you are looking for a cosy holiday cottage for two as the perfect starting point for exploring the stunning North Norfolk Coast. , Canfers Barn may well be the perfect choice. A former cartshed and stable, Canfers Barn has been fully renovated and restored to provide a wonderful coutryside retreat.

Canfers Barn sleeps two. There is a large bedroom with exposed ceilings with a superking size bed. Ensuite tiled shower room with heated towel rail.

The kitchen and dining area is partially open plan to the living room.

The kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs.

The kitchen faces South through a glass door on to a tiled patio area which is a nice sun trap in the warmer months with a glass table and comfy wicker style chairs.

The living room is also large with exposed ceilings. A woodburner (wood provided) for those wintry nights adds to the cosy feel of the barn, although it is always toasty warm. Another glass door looks out to the main garden.

The main garden is fully enclosed and there is a further patio area with outdoor dining furniture and reclining chairs.

There is ample off road parking.

Harold’s Barn sleeps six in three ensuite bedrooms (one down stairs and two upstairs). All three bedrooms have superking beds, two of which are zip and link which can be made up as single beds on request.

The barn is heated by air source underfloor heating and is toasty warm, but just in case there is a woodburner to create that cosy feeling of a winter evening. Wood is provided.

Harold’s Barn has a sun room which catches the sun from lunchtime onwards and is a perfect place to sit on a cooler day.

The Pig House is the perfect place for family get togethers, friends celebrating birthdays, special occasions or two families wishing to holiday together.

The Pig House is very spacious with an enormous open plan kitchen, living and dining area which overlooks the courtyard garden to the south through four enormous glass screens.

The kitchen is very well equipped for any discerning chefs and many of our guests employ a local chef to come and cook for a special evening.

For those wishing to have a bit of time out, there is an additional sitting room which has a stunning glass corner which overlooks the valley. It really is the most tranquil room to sit in and read a book, chat or simply to sit and look out and enjoy the outside from inside!

Finally a cinema room completes the living space. There is a drop down screen, surround sound, very comfy Ligne Roset orange sofas, black out blinds and curtains so that you can shut yourself in and immerse yourself in a real cinema experience in the comfort of The Pig House.

The Pig House has internet connection through Starlink, so despite being very rural the internet speed is excellent.

The four ensuite bedrooms are all spacious with fitted wardrobes. All have superking beds, three of which are zip and link, so can be made up as single beds at the request of guests.

The bathrooms are tiled, with large showers, underfloor heating and electric towel rails. The shower in the master bedroom is so big that it has two showers in it!

The outside space at The Pig House is plentiful. Both gardens are fully enclosed. The courtyard garden faces south and has outdoor table and seating for eight.

There is also an outdoor/indoor area with comfy outdoor sofas.

A large jacuzzi which comfortably seats six is a great place for relaxing in the evening and enjoying the starlit Norfolk skies.

There is ample parking and a car port for two cars and an EV Charger.
