Butley Priory is unlike any other place in the world. considered “one of the most romantic houses in England” by Vogue. This historic Grade 1 listed structure, which is only 700 years old, has lately undergone exquisite restoration to create an incredibly comfortable space. It is a memorable place to stay because of its Gothic architecture, spacious reception halls with vaulted ceilings, and burning log fireplaces.

The only structures left from the ancient 20-acre estate are the Refectory barn, the Rere-Dorter, and the Priory, which was established in the 12th century as the gatehouse to an Augustinian Priory.

The Great Hall is a stunning venue that can accommodate weddings, birthday celebrations, and supper clubs, or it can be used as a private area for a family vacation or smaller house party. Everyone may find plenty of space here to play board games, check up on their daily Suffolk adventures, or just unwind by the fire. You will have to share the estate with a wide range of events that happen in and around the Parkland at specific periods of the year. Additionally, there are times of the year when the Estate has no activities, so please visit to check the calendar; you could even be considering attending one! There is a lot to discover in the Shropshire/Staffordshire region, including the Ironbridge Gorge World Heritage Site and its well-known museums, foodie destination Ludlow and historic Chester all within easy reach.

Indigo Barn was designed with mindfulness and wellbeing at its core, in addition to its amazing interior design and setting. The owner hosts a number of special weekends throughout the year to further highlight these features and highlight the many reasons Norfolk is so unique. Indigo Barn can accommodate everyone, whether it’s setting up a yoga mat on the terrace with a view of the valley, scheduling a private beauty therapist (please enquire before arrival) to utilise the on-site treatment facility to its fullest, or hiring a private chef to prepare meals.

Indigo Barn is situated on the edge of the Stiffkey Valley near Warham, surrounded by the Holkham Estate. From there, you may enjoy sweeping views of the rolling meadow and the chalk ridges that run parallel to the North Norfolk shoreline. With frequent sightings of barn owls, boxing hares, and deer wandering the surrounding fields, the area will be particularly appealing to nature lovers. The sandy beach at Wells-next-the-Sea is just a short drive away.

Located in the rolling, pristine countryside at the end of a private drive, The Well House is a romantic, one-of-a-kind, and intimate getaway for two. To provide a unique vacation house, the owners have preserved a lot of the property’s historical features. The glass-topped, 40-foot-deep Well is an intriguing focal point that serves as a dining table with lights, shedding light on the Well’s interior. Along with lots of original exposed brickwork and timbers, there is also a comfortable wood-burning stove in an ancient brick fireplace. Canny Grouse Barn is a secluded, stone-built refuge with accessible accommodations on the ground floor, located on magnificent moorland in the village of Nateby, just a short distance from the bustling market town of Kirkby Stephen. This hideaway features a specially constructed wet room, electric bed, and movable kitchen components to give wheelchair users independence. Similarly, those who love the outdoors and active personalities who like walking, cycling, and rural activities would love Canny Grouse Barn.

This charming property, which was converted from the original hay barn in 2023, offers cosy lodging for six people and is ideal for unwinding after a day of touring the Cumbrian sights or the Yorkshire Dales National Park’s villages and market towns, such as Hawes in Wensledale and Reeth in Swaledale. Access Statement – 14 An Garth is located in an apartment building on the 3rd floor, each floor can be reached by internal staircases or by using the central communal lift located inside the apartment building. The lift is managed and serviced by the apartment blocks development management company.

Please note – 14 An Garth is located on The Quay, Hayle which is undergoing development at all times. 14 An Garth’s rentals have been reduced whilst the works are ongoing.

Set amidst more than 12,500 acres of undulating farmland and ancient forest that stretches to Romney Marsh and the Kent shoreline, Green Farm is a unique location. You may learn more about nearby bike and walking paths here. It’s a great place to explore.

You will have complete access to the farm during your visit, which includes acres of woods, pastures, and meadows—nearly all of which are located within Local Wildlife Sites. A variety of species can be seen in the area, such as owls in the evenings, nightingales in the spring, and deer in the woods.

Craggan Mill is a stunningly refurbished corn mill that sleeps up to 16 people and has combined some unique, stunning handmade additions with its traditional character. Situated on the edge of Grantown-on-Spey, a Victorian village, this dog-friendly lodge is ideal for big family vacations as it offers convenient access to all the activities and fascinating locations in the Cairngorms. Although the lodge inside will undoubtedly surpass your expectations, there’s a good chance the outdoor area may surpass it too!

Among the best-equipped homes in the area is Smithy Croft. Located in the village of Carrbridge, beside the River Dulnain, it serves as an excellent starting point for exploring the remainder of the Cairngorms.

The village was used as a location in the popular television drama, Downton Abbey: the Old Forge, beside the ford, became the Red Lion pub and the delightful little 18th century hump-backed bridge also featured.
