Up to eight people can stay in this semi-detached home with four bedrooms. The ground floor of the home consists of a cosy living area, utility room, elegant modern kitchen, and WC. Two king bedrooms, a family bathroom with a large freestanding bath, a single room with bunk beds and a super-king loft room with an en suite are all located on the upper two stories.
Both outside the building and across the town, there is free street parking. You may reach Saltburn Beach, Valley Gardens, and the Miniature Railway with a short stroll.

There are three bathrooms at Chy an Pol. The a family bathroom is located on the first floor and offers a large walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin.
The master en suite has a bath with shower overhead, WC and wash hand basin.
The other en-suite has an enclosed shower, WC and wash hand basin.
Enjoy the outdoors on the large decking area. Start your day with a refreshing coffee on the table for two, or relax on the comfortable rattan furniture with another table and chairs on the second tier.

Eorsa Lodge has twin beds that can accommodate up to two adults. The twin beds can be combined upon request to provide king size linen, however please be advised that there is only one bedside lamp due to the size of the bed, in the event that a double is needed and both other lodges are filled.
The cosy lounge features a two-seater sofa, an armchair, and a Smart TV/DVD that can play CDs and MP3 discs. The living room feels spacious and light thanks to the huge patio doors. In the colder months, warmth is provided by the electric panel heating system and log-effect stove.
After passing through the dining room, you enter the completely furnished kitchen, which has a full-sized electric cooker, a microwave, a slimline dishwasher, and a spacious fridge-freezer.
The large bathroom features a heated towel rail, downflow heater, walk-in shower and washbasin. Everything you need is included, even the kitchen towels.
The bedroom features two single beds separated by a lamp and a nightstand. There is just room for one bedside lamp, but the beds have comfortable duvets that can be ziplinked into a huge bed. King size bedding is available upon request. If you require two bedsides, we suggest one of our kingsize lodges. A spacious mirrored wardrobe including internal drawers and a hairdryer is also there. We also install thermostatic panel heaters, and double-glazing and insulation are standard in all of our lodges.
The large verandah in front of the self-catering lodge has seats outside so that guests may take in the stunning views and sounds of the Isle of Mull.

Sleeping eight, the cottage is tucked away in Clyne Valley Country Park, surrounded by ancient woodland and reached along a mile-long stone track through the trees. It feels wonderfully removed from the everyday, yet you are still close enough to enjoy Mumbles, Swansea and the Gower Peninsula.
Inside, the large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area gives everyone space to be together, whether that means lingering over breakfast, cooking supper after a day out or simply settling in for a relaxed evening. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, there is plenty of room for families and groups of friends to share a holiday comfortably.
Outside, the woodland becomes part of the stay. There is plenty of outdoor space, dogs are very welcome, and the changing seasons bring something different throughout the year. For families with horse-mad children, there is another rather special bonus: our riding stables are directly opposite the cottage. Horse riding is available for children and adults, and guests looking for a rather muddier adventure can also take on Challenge Valley, our outdoor assault course.
Dogs are very welcome too, with an enclosed rear garden, so they can be part of the holiday rather than left at home.
Despite the countryside setting, you are far from cut off. Mumbles, Swansea and the Gower Peninsula are all within easy reach, giving you plenty of choice between beaches, coastal walks, cafés, days out and evenings back at the cottage.

Take a few stairs up from the kitchen into the sitting room with TV and DVD player, the room gives a sense of light and space having a vaulted ceiling and bi-fold doors to the balcony and courtyard garden.

There is a quiet nook in the attic which perfect to read a holiday novel and enjoy a glass of wine.
An attractive wooden spiral staircase leads from the sitting room down to two further double bedrooms on the ground floor where there is also a second entrance to the property. Bedroom two has a contemporary four poster bed and door out to the courtyard. The third bedroom is also a good size with twin beds.
The family bathroom on the ground floor has a shower over the bath, wash basin and WC. There is also a utility cupboard on this floor housing a washing machine and freezer.
Outside in addition to the first-floor balcony the cottage has a sunny courtyard with a side access, a real bonus in ‘Downalong’. The outdoor shower is handy to wash off the sand after a day on one of the nearby beaches.
