You will be the only guests here during your stay. Dogs warmly welcomed by arrangement as are ‘Hens’ and ‘Stags’! Sleeps up to thirty people (although smaller parties are warmly welcomed). Guests love to stay at Barlings, because it becomes exclusively yours, not shared with other guests. It’s a comfortable home-away-from-home where you can feel free to come and go as you please without any possible concern about other guests; there will be none except your party.
You will find that every bedroom is comfortable and cosy; with so many showers loos and baths, no need to queue! (fifteen bedrooms and thirteen bathrooms/shower rooms).
Barlings is a very “green” property, with self-sustainable heating and electricity powered by our own logs in a biomass boiler and photovoltaic panels, plus solar pool heating.
Our guests all enjoy exploring fantastic unspoilt, Mid Wales. They tootle off and go sight-seeing or enjoy high-adrenalin activities such as clay pigeon shooting, paint-balling or having a go at driving a rally car, The ‘Bear Grylls Survival Academy’ is approximately an hour and a quarter away by car from Barlings Barn in Criccieth. They are now offering Survival Half Day courses which sound great fun and just the thing for our more adventurous Barlings guests. A recent stag party had a fantastic time there.
