A separate smaller living room with football table, board games and a smart TV with L shaped sofa provides additional space for kids in particular to make use of. The open-plan kitchen is well equipped with an induction hob, double oven, microwave, large fridge freezer and dishwasher all encompassed together by a large kitchen island and breakfast bar.
