Park Cottage, once a charming two-up, two-down residence for the estate’s resident stalker, has been carefully extended to increase its interior space and fully utilise its breathtaking surroundings. The cottage was recently renovated and is now a light-filled, chic, and welcoming haven.
You enter through the wood-lined porch, where you can stow your outside shoes and shrug off outerwear. A well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats two people is located on one side of the house, along with a dining area, utility room and shower room. A large lounge with a wood stove and a variety of comfortable couches and chairs to relax on is located on the opposite side.
The property is a great option for groups that include both early risers and night owls because all three bedrooms are located up a thickly carpeted staircase. The window in the main bedroom frames those stunning views of the mountains, and the rustic farmhouse style makes the space feel cosy.

Alvie Estate is the perfect place for thrill-seekers. In addition to Park Cottage, it is the location of G2 Outdoor, which provides outdoor activities like canyoning, rafting, gorge walking, and ziplining, as well as a variety of on-site activities like clay pigeon shooting, quad biking, zip trekking, and pony trekking.
There are lots of other, tamer activities available if all of that sounds a bit too much. The living area of the barn is dominated by three large glass screens, facing west to a courtyard garden.
Bayses Barn sleeps six in three ensuite bedrooms. The master bedroom has two large glass screens which also overlook the meadow – it really is a great view to wake up to from the superking size bed.
As with all our properties, the kitchen is very well equipped for any discerning chefs out there. There is a full size oven, warming drawer, large integrated fridge freezer and separate wine fridge.

A former cartshed and stable, Canfers Barn has been fully renovated and restored to provide a wonderful coutryside retreat.

The Pig House is the perfect place for family get togethers, friends celebrating birthdays, special occasions or two families wishing to holiday together.
The Pig House is very spacious with an enormous open plan kitchen, living and dining area which overlooks the courtyard garden to the south through four enormous glass screens.
The kitchen is very well equipped for any discerning chefs and many of our guests employ a local chef to come and cook for a special evening.
For those wishing to have a bit of time out, there is an additional sitting room which has a stunning glass corner which overlooks the valley. It really is the most tranquil room to sit in and read a book, chat or simply to sit and look out and enjoy the outside from inside!
Finally a cinema room completes the living space. There is a drop down screen, surround sound, very comfy Ligne Roset orange sofas, black out blinds and curtains so that you can shut yourself in and immerse yourself in a real cinema experience in the comfort of The Pig House.
The Pig House has internet connection through Starlink, so despite being very rural the internet speed is excellent.
The four ensuite bedrooms are all spacious with fitted wardrobes. All have superking beds, three of which are zip and link, so can be made up as single beds at the request of guests.
The bathrooms are tiled, with large showers, underfloor heating and electric towel rails. The shower in the master bedroom is so big that it has two showers in it!
The outside space at The Pig House is plentiful. Both gardens are fully enclosed. The courtyard garden faces south and has outdoor table and seating for eight.
There is also an outdoor/indoor area with comfy outdoor sofas.
A large jacuzzi which comfortably seats six is a great place for relaxing in the evening and enjoying the starlit Norfolk skies.
There is ample parking and a car port for two cars and an EV Charger.
