98 Fountain Villas is a Grade 2 listed Georgian style house built in 1847 situated in the centre of the famous tourist town of Matlock Bath in the Derbyshire Dales on the edge of the Peak District and in the World Heritage Site of the Derwent Valley. The seven-bedroom, four-bathroom villa has free Wi-Fi and off road parking for 5 cars along with all the comforts of home over three floors.
Sleeping up to 16 guests the villa is an ideal location for large families and friends to get together for a holiday or to celebrate a special occasion. The house is well equipped and comfortably furnished to provide a relaxing base from which to explore the surrounding area. The ground floor is the location of the main kitchen, lounge and dining room. The first floor has four bedrooms, one on-suite with a family bathroom. The top floor has a further three bedrooms with one on-suite a family bathroom and a breakfast kitchen.
Outside, at the front of the house there is parking for up to 5 cars and a seating area overlooking the promenade and with views along the River Derwent. A side path leads to an enclosed courtyard with access into the kitchen.
The rear garden and patio are terraced above the courtyard and are accessed by steps from the front parking area and through the breakfast kitchen on the second floor. This private patio is ideal for a morning coffee or a glass of wine after a day spent exploring the Derbyshire Dales and all the area has to offer.
