If you are looking for a spacious holiday home for families or friends this Victorian town house in North Wales may well be the perfect choice. Ideal for holidays and special breaks the property has been furnished to a very good standard with excellent facilities for your stay.
Delightfully located in the popular coastal town of Criccieth, the property can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably in 4 beautiful bedrooms with super king beds in two of the rooms. With sea views from many of the windows along with magnificent views of Criccieth Castle located directly opposite, the house makes an ideal base to enjoy local hospitality and the breath-taking beauty of the Llŷn Peninsula, Snowdonia and North Wales. Parking is readily available and free opposite the house.

We offer 7-night holidays starting on a Friday preferably, 4-night midweek breaks (Mon arrival) and 3-night weekends (Fri arrival). Tailored discounts available for parties of four or less guests all year round and one or two house-trained dogs are welcome.

Outside Description
The rear enclosed courtyard garden is accessible from both the Snug and Kitchen through double doors. It is laid with stone slabs and gravel with raised beds and planters filled with small trees and flowering shrubs.
There is a large wooden picnic table with bench seating with backrests that seats 8 along with a large umbrella for shade. A small private decking area has a bench seat and there is a Yale locked back gate which gives easy 10 minute access to the town via pleasant tree lined walkways along with the route to climb The Dinas which is the rocky outcrop in view.
For fine weather dining and long summer nights with drinks there is outside lighting. We do not, however, provide a barbecue.
Downstairs Description
Entrance: Open the front door to the outer entrance with a further internal door leading to the inner slate flagstone hall with plenty of hooks for coats and ample storage for boots along with an oak console for hats, gloves etc. Additional items for your use are fold-out beach chairs and a windbreak.
Living Room and Snug: A double sitting room, 3 large well cushioned sofas and relaxing armchairs with throws, carpets and rugs, with original Victorian arch and fireplaces; one housing an electric stove fire.
A 43” Smart TV, Blu-Ray/DVD player and a selection of DVDs, books and games, with solid oak furniture and contemporary artwork along with dimmable ceiling spotlights and reading lamps.
French doors lead out to the private suntrap decking area with further seating.
Kitchen/Dining Room: Superbly equipped with large fridge/freezer, a gas hob with central large burner, toaster, coffee machine, double electric oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, ample cutlery, dinnerware and glassware, 32” Smart TV, Bluetooth stereo speaker, USB points, slate flagstones with underfloor heating and Velux windows above the large oak table with benches and chairs.
Additional items for your use include a vegetable steamer, hand blender, slo-cooker, sewing kit, first aid kit along with picnic hamper, blanket and beach towels.
A sliding door incorporated into the kitchen design houses the downstairs toilet with illuminated mirror over a ceramic sink.
First Floor Description
Bedroom 2: With zip and link super king bed (twin beds on request), deep luxurious pocket-sprung mattresses, thickly padded headboards, freshly laundered linen and towels.
A light and sunny double aspect room with original Victorian fireplace, 32” Smart TV, ample storage in white furniture, hairdryer and binoculars for your use, also a seating area with magnificent castle and sea views, shutters for privacy and opulent black-out curtains.
Bedroom 3: With adult size twin single beds, deep pocket sprung mattresses and freshly laundered linen and towels with ample storage and black-out linen curtains.
Bedroom 4: With solid 3ft bunk bed, deep mattresses, freshly laundered linen and towels, a vaulted ceiling and pocket window featuring shutters along with dimmable spotlights.
Family Shower Room: With slate flagstone floor and limestone walls, a large walk-in shower with thermostatic rain head and separate riser, toilet, heated towel rail and illuminated mirror over ceramic sink plus a shaver point.
Second Floor Description
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom covering the whole floor with sloping attic ceilings to the sides of the room.
Again with zip and link super king-size bed (twin beds on request), deep luxurious pocket-sprung mattresses, thickly padded headboards and freshly laundered linen and towels.
A double aspect room with sea views from the front and rear of the house along with Criccieth Castle to the front. Includes ample storage, relaxing armchairs and footstools, 49” Smart TV, hairdryer, binoculars and Roman blinds.
This gorgeous space also offers a dressing area, reading area and en-suite with double-ended bath, separate shower with large rainfall shower head and riser, toilet, heated towel rail and a Velux window.
NB. All bedrooms are thickly carpeted and feature seasonal duvets and pillows with a luxurious goose feather and down swish (anti-allergy on request).
Window Views Description
All the windows to the front of the house enjoy sea and Criccieth Castle views. The first floor rear bedrooms overlook the garden and The Dinas.
The second floor attic master bedroom has views of the sea, Criccieth Castle and the distant mountains of Snowdonia from the front window. The rear window enjoys sea views down the coast, The Dinas, the town and amazing sunsets.
The two second floor velux windows offer the same views of the town of Criccieth.
