Delightfully situated on the outskirts of the picturesque market town of Aylsham which is halfway between Norwich and the coast at Cromer. Aylsham Windmill is the perfect location for a relaxing stay in North Norfolk. With easy access to Norwich, the North Norfolk coast, and the Norfolk Broads.
Immediately in front of the Windmill is the private drive/parking area. Just to the side is a pretty patio area. This is walled on one side and has a fence panel to the front for privacy.
The front door opens to a small entrance hall with stairs to the left, leading straight up to the 1st floor living area. To the front of the hall area is a fully equipped utility room. Also in the utility room is an upright fridge freezer, which larger parties might need. A downstairs cloakroom is just to the right of the front door.
First Floor Description
Off the first floor landing is the open plan kitchen and lounge area. Fully fitted kitchen with (hopefully) everything you will need. An island separates the kitchen from the lounge area. There are three settees, and bean bags. Freeview TV + Netflix. There is a folding dining table which will comfortably seat 6.
Second Floor and Above Description
There are no staircases actually in any rooms - all rooms are off the landings.
Second floor has the twin bedroom and the smaller double bedroom. Between the two is the 'Jack and Jill' en-suite shower room.
There is an outside door to the fire escape in the twin room.
THIRD FLOOR DESCRTPTION ! On the third floor is the larger bedroom with the king sized bed, and en-suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle. The bedroom also has an external door to the fire escape. (Only for emergency use!)..
Window Views Description
Aylsham Windmill is in a secluded corner on the outskirts of the town. The main picture window in the lounge looks straight down the driveway. Fairly open space with attractive trees. There are neighbouring houses in view. The side windows overlook our garden, and the trees between our property and the neighbouring open space, (which includes a small children's' play area). Higher up the views extend right over Aylsham Town itself, and the surrounding countryside.
