Flexible accommodation means you may book The Barn that sleeps 10 guests, The Stable that sleeps 6 or a combination of both for larger groups sleeping 16. These classic cottages are situated in the heart of the countryside, centred between Northumberland and Cumbria. These self-catering cottages are perfect for family holidays and group getaways, sleeping up to 16 people with spacious rooms and fantastic areas for entertaining.
You'll feel totally relaxed in the Barn's outdoor facilities offering a lovely garden/patio area, table with seating for 10, charcoal barbecue and views of this gorgeous part of the english countryside. There is also a fenced stream at the bottom of the garden and small shared garden area.
Broadmea Barn is a beautiful open plan conversion on three levels. The large entrance to the property is through double doors on the ground level with four of the five bedrooms on this level as well. Bedroom one has a king bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, bedroom two has two single beds, the third has a king bed and the fourth a king bed with ensuite wet-room and toilet. There is also a family bathroom on this level with freestanding roll top bath and a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
First Floor Description
The first floor has a spacious and well equipped open plan kitchen with dinning for 10 guests around a large oak table. Just a few steps up and you'll find the 5th bedroom with king size bed and a bathroom opposite with shower and relaxing sauna.
Second Floor and Above Description
The top level is composed of two lovely gallery seating areas which overlook the dining area below.
