The well-equipped and spacious Barn kitchen contains a large extending oak table to seat 16 people, overlooked by a split mezzanine with two gallery seating areas above.
The shared garden area of the Barn and Stable offers a relaxing hot tub, lovely garden furniture and charcoal barbeque. There is also a large parking area and bike storage.

Flexible accommodation means you may book The Barn that sleeps 10 guests, The Stable that sleeps 6 or a combination of both for larger groups sleeping 16. These classic cottages are situated in the heart of the countryside, centred between Northumberland and Cumbria. These self-catering cottages are perfect for family holidays and group getaways, sleeping up to 16 people with spacious rooms and fantastic areas for entertaining.
The Barn and Stable outdoor facilities with open shared garden, patio areas, lovely garden furniture, hot tub and summer house make Broadmea the perfect spot for enjoying this wonderful part of the English countryside. Broadmea Barn and Stable cottages are separate properties each with their own main door entrance and key and although the cottages are adjoining there is not an internal door between the two properties. The two entrances are however just a few metres apart and together they work well for a large group get together of 12-16 guests. When booking the two properties together, you'll find the spacious kitchen and dining area in the Barn, with extending oak table, works wonderfully for large groups. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you'll need for perfect Master-chef meals and the Rangemaster cooker is a pleasure to use. The dining area is overlooked by a split mezzanine with two gallery seating areas above and underfloor heating throughout.
