Buttercups & Hayloft offers thoughtfully designed accommodation across two cottages, specifically aimed at the larger gatherings of family & friends, multi-generational Holidays or a celebration. Sleeping 16 and 4 cots with 9 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and with a spacious and comfortable atmosphere throughout. Both cottages are very well-appointed with everything your guests might need during their stay.
To keep all of your guests, of all ages entertained, we have excellent onsite facilities including exclusive, private use of the Indoor Heated Swimming Pool, Multi Sports Court and Under 5’s Area, along with shared access to the Football Field, Picnic Area, BBQ’s, Bird Watching and Star Gazing Areas, Oak Acre Avenue walk as well as On site Parking, EV Charging Points, Drying Room, Free Wi-Fi and many great countryside walks.
Buttercups sleeps 10 guests and 2 cots across 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and Hayloft sleep 6 guests and 2 cots across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both cottages are also Pet Friendly.
Dining for your 16 guests is in Buttercups, which has picturesque views over the Shropshire landscape through our floor to ceiling windows. Enjoy lingering over long dinners or celebration lunches where conversations flow as easily as the wine!
Both kitchens are exceptionally well equipped and has everything you will need to cater for a large group of all ages. There is also access to outside Chefs that can bring anything from a 3-course meal to a wonderful Afternoon Tea to your door!!
Locally we have some great group Attractions & Activities, including, Alderford Lake Aqua Park, Doodle Alley Pottery Painting, Rednall Go Karts, Hawkstone Follies walking trails or the thrills, spills and adventures of Bewilderwood or The Crocky Trail!! There are plenty of walks and cycle rides right on your doorstep; Along with many Castles, Historic Houses and places of interest to visit as well!
Our charming local market town of Whitchurch is just 2 miles away, with an array of delightful coffee shops and bakeries as well as artisan shops & boutiques, the fantastic Antiques Emporium, as well as a wide variety of wine bars, restaurants and traditional Pubs.
It has a Farmer’s market on the first Saturday of every month.
These Georgian Barns have been lovingly converted, keeping many original features of open beams and brick trusses, but have a modern feel through their fixtures and fittings.
Having the two cottages is ideal, as if Buttercups becomes a little hectic for some, then guests can relocate to Hayloft for some quiet time in front of the woodburning stove or read quietly in the spacious garden & patio area.
