Once a Georgian Hay barn the property has been newly converted into a spectacular 6 bedroomed Holiday Cottage. The interior has been furnished and fitted to a very high standard. Lovingly restored the impressive oak trusses and beans, along with the original brick pillars, these appear throughout the building, which creates a wonderful luxurious atmosphere.
The barn has incredible views looking directly out across a picturesque wild life pond and then on across the farmland, looking over into Cheshire and Wales. These views can be admired through the full length windows.
Buttercups Haybarn is one of just five delightful self catering holiday properties situated, within the beautiful North Shropshire countryside. Fabulous facilities include the stunning Indoor Heated Swimming Pool (7.5m X 3m and 1.2m Deep ) which is open all year round (Opening times vary).
The pool is booked by your group exclusively, so only the members of your party can use the pool. Large multi sports games court contains mini tennis, badminton and short football.

Outside Description
Buttercups Hay Barn is located in a rural farm location, with car parking right next to the property on one side and then fields, trees and our small wildlife lake to the other side. There are 4 other holiday cottages on the same site, but Buttercups Hay Barn is detached.
The garden area is an enclosed patio area at the back of the property that over looks the wildlife pool. To the front of the property there is a large enclosed patio area with patio furniture.
Downstairs Description
You enter this newly converted Georgian Hay Barn through a large glazed aluminium door into a reception area. The door to your left leads you in to the large open plan fully equipped kitchen, with American fridge/freezer and range cooker. This leads into your dining area, which contains a hand made wooden table and chairs. This area has floor to ceiling glazing which gives you a fabulous view across the small wildlife pool and rolling Shropshire fields. A snug area with TV/DVD and comfortable sofas flow on from the dining area. The large, spacious sitting room, perfect for a group of family and friends, can be entered via a door from the snug or from turning right as you enter the property. This impressive room, hosts a range of sofa's and a stunning 50inch TV with DVD player. Patio doors at the far end of the room will take you out into your enclosed patio area, with patio furniture and wonderful views again over the wildlife pool.
There is also a downstairs cloak room.
First Floor Description
The first floor is accessed via two stair cases. The first stair case take you up to a lovely double bedroom, a single bedroom, a large family bathroom with bath and mixer shower taps. There is a further spacious double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The views from all the rooms are fantastic with both of the double rooms looking out across the wildlife pool and across the Shropshire Hills.
The second stair case take you to a single room, a twin room, with a family bathroom servicing these rooms, with a bath with a shower over the bath. There is a further large double room with en-suite shower. Again the views from the bedrooms are impressive looking our across the Shropshire Hills and wildlife pool.
Window Views Description
The views from Buttercups Hay Barn down stairs are seen through floor to ceiling windows, which creates a stunning view across the wildlife pool and out across the shropshire fields and hills into Wales. The upstairs bedroom windows have the same view, looking out right across to Wales and Cheshire.
