If you are looking for luxury accommodation for a holiday or special break then Cheshire Boutique Bathhouse (so named because of it's 3 large roll top copper baths) may well be the perfect choice.
SLEEPS 6 - WHOLE HOUSE OR 3 INDIVIDUAL AREAS- SELF CATERING
Two stunning boutique bedroom suites are split over two floors with gorgeous loft areas and both have, of course, HUGE roll top copper baths. Delightfully situated, this Georgian townhouse is perfectly located in the heart of the vibrant market town of Nantwich.
Each suite is totally different from the other. The Bar-th Room (sleeps two), so named because of the unique combination of a bar and an uber luxurious bathroom is too cool for school and just oozes glamour and wow factor. Venture up to the loft bedroom and you’ll find a super king bed dressed in White Company linens with skylights positioned perfectly for stargazing from your pillow and of course a Nespresso machine for that morning cupper.
The Cocktail Lounge (sleeps 2), feels like a little house all in itself with a beautiful king size bedroom and stunning rustic bathroom, both opening onto a hallway with a winding staircase leading up to a really special little Cocktail Lounge in the loft, the ideal spot for that pre-dinner G&T. The lounge area has a large flat screen TV, squashy sofa and plenty of books and games so it’s a lovely place to cosy up after an evening out too.
Downstairs you’ll find The Walled Garden Apartment (sleeps 2), no prizes for guessing why it is named as such. This south facing gem of a spot used to be where vegetables were grown for the large Georgian manor next door, now The Townhouse Bar and Restaurant. It was so beautiful we wanted to keep that botanical, indoor/outdoor vibe so now you can throw open the huge French doors a and enjoy that morning coffee in full sun with the waft of scented geraniums while you wait for the copper bath in The Potting shed to fill.
The Walled Garden has a large open plan kitchen/dining/living area that can seat up to 20 and private dining as well as bespoke group events such as Gin Tasting and Spa Treatments can be arranged so The Bathhouse (sleeps 6) combined with The Barns (sleeps 10) can be a great option for a small get-together of family or friends.

Outside Description
Cheshire Boutique Bathhouse sits right in the centre of the one of the most beautiful, vibrant market towns of Cheshire. It has a beautifully designed and lit, sunny walled garden with a large, covered dining terrace, sun loungers and copper bath tucked in The Potting Shed within the walls. Just a few steps from the front door you'll find a champagne cocktail bar next door, superb artisan cafes and coffee shops all circling the edges of the large town centre green where there's either an antiques, craft or farmers market along with live music from buskers every saturday. A few steps to the left of the house is a beautiful, open parkland with the river weaver running through and Nantwich even has a theatre and a large outdoor swimming pool! Nantwich train station is just a couple of minutes walk away and trains run regularly into the centre of Shrewsbury (just 30 minutes away) where you'll find michelin restaurants, a huge theatre and a plethora of cobbled streets with fabulous individual shops and boutiques. Chester is just 30 mins away along with Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet Village and Chester Zoo. Nantwich is just 15 mins from the M6.
Downstairs Description
The ground floor can be take as a part of the whole house that sleeps 6 or as a one bed, luxurious, quirky and unique apartment that sleeps 2. The owners are the creators of the award winning Cheshire Boutique 5* Barns and bought this townhouse as the sister site to their existing rural properties. They fell in love with the house for it's south facing sunny walled garden where the vegetables used to be grown for the manor house next door and created a beautiful,botanicalspace that effortlessly combines the indoors with the beautiful outdoor spaces. Throw open the huge French doors from the kitchen onto a stunning and beautifully lit covered dining terrace with THE MOST adorable little original potting shed built into the walls of the garden which is now fully centrally heated and insulated and contains a huge roll top copper bath for two! No plastic or chemical filled hot tubs here! The Wetroom is luxurious with a drench shower, underfloor heating and an original copper jam pan for a sink and the bedroom with i's thick wooden shutters and cloud like bed is a haven in the centre of a bustling, foodie market town. Light the log burner, open a bottle of your favourite wine, cook with home grown, local produce from Nantwich food and Farmers markets and enjoy a super romantic supper in for two or book the whole house and gather round the table with some of your favourite family and friends,
First Floor Description
On the first floor you'll find two unique, luxurious 'hotel' style, duplex suites, The Cocktail Lounge (so called as it contains a kingsize bedroom, a bathroom complete with huge nickel rolltop bath and shower and upstairs (yes, the suite has it's own hallway and staircase leading to a gorgeous, private cocktail/cinema lounge in the loft above with views from one window of the sires of Nantwich church and the other looks over green parkland). The lounge in the loft is the perfect spot for a pre-dinner G&T whilst playing some of your favourite tunes on the in built sound system or after a lovely meal out, return here to curl up on the sofas with a cognac and your favourite movie on the 52 inch TV.
Second Floor Description
The second suite also located on the first floor but again with it's own private staircase leading to a stunning, superking bedroom in the eaves above is The Bar-th Room. So named as once you enter the hall way you'll find a large open plan bathroom/dressing room/bar to your right! Think 1920's club lounge feel with soft, leather armchairs infant of the fireplace, a huge roll top copper bath, a copper topped bar complete with cocktail mixers and heavy, crystal glass numbers and even a large chess board to enjoy while you sip a post supper whiskey or two. The bedroom has a large TV and a drinks fridge and nespresso coffee machine and if you fancy breakfast in bed the local, artisan cafe just across the road will even deliver hot bacon rolls to your door! Lazy sunday mornings don't get better than that!
Window Views Description
The large french doors of the kitchen open out onto a view of the beautiful walled garden and the Cocktail Lounge in the loft has some of the best views of any house in Nantwich looking across to the Church in one direction and green parklands in the other.
