If you are looking for a beautiful holiday cottage for up to 6 guests with stunning estuary views then Cider Barn at Riverside Farm certainly ticks all of those boxes. The lofty three-bedroom conversion is built in the style of a boathouse and is airy yet cosy and makes the perfect romantic retreat at any time of the year.
Sleeps 6. No pets or children under 8. Changeover day is Friday.

Cider Barn is one of just 2 stunning holiday cottages at Riverside Farm which is located in a beautiful part of South Devon. The cottages are simply perfect for a family holiday or special break at any time of the year. Situated on the banks of the Dart estuary there are views to die for and the accommodation is to a very high standard. The cottages are also the perfect base from which to explore the many beaches, walks, outdoor activities, wildlife, harbours and attractions South Devon has to offer.

Outside Description
The Cider Barn has two balconies: one off the dining area with a cafe table and chairs and BBQ which overlooks the barn courtyard, and the other runs the full width of the living area overlooking the river Dart estuary and is accessed via full height bi-fold doors. This riverside balcony has steps leading down to a small lawn on the river's edge, with a dining table and chairs. There is also separate access to the river's edge from the front of the property.. There is ample parking for up to two cars immediately outside the Cider Barn.
Downstairs Description
The open plan living area's main focus is the double height living room with views across the river. It has a wood burner, two large sofas and a piano, with a dramatic iron chandelier hanging overhead. There is a wide-screen Smart TV, DVD, Wifi and stereo. There is access to the full-width balcony via a full height set of folding doors. The living space also encompasses a dining area with a large pine table and chairs and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is a set of doors leading off the dining area onto a roof top balcony overlooking the barn courtyard. There is a separate WC off the entrance hall and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, an electric cooker with a ceramic hob, double oven and grill, a microwave and dishwasher and is extensively stocked with utensils and appliances. Two bedrooms are also on the downstairs level. The larger bedroom overlooks the drive and has a super-king bed (that can be made into twin beds) with a dressing room and an ensuite bathroom with a bath, separate shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC. The second bedroom overlooks the river and has a king-size bed and an ensuite walk-in shower, wash hand basin and WC.
First Floor Description
A staircase leads up to the third double bedroom, a light and airy space which has a stunning view over the river. It has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with bath, separate walk-in shower, wash hand basin and WC.
Window Views Description
The Cider Barn is situated on the banks of the River Dart so it has a stunning view of the river from the entire living space, as well as from the bedroom on the mezzanine floor and one of the downstairs bedrooms. The estuary is home to many birds and wildlife and there are vistas of the rolling hills as well as the constantly changing tidal river views. The dining room overlooks the barn courtyard and the main bedroom overlooks the drive area.
