A beautifully restored and historic central Cirencester townhouse. Cotswold Place offers the highest standard of accommodation for up to 3 guests but is fairly priced for 2 persons .
The owners have retained many bygone features including beamed ceilings, exposed Cotswold stone walls and old fireplaces. Oozing charm and character the property has also been recently restored with immense style.
The living area has a soft velvet sofa, antiques and original art beneath ancient beams. In a corner there is antique dining table and chairs plus there is also a wood burning stove to keep you cosy on those chillier evenings.
The kitchen is new, fully equipped and offers all the latest equipment, with extras like Nespresso, Nutribullet plus dishwasher and a washer/dryer.
Upstairs there are 2 delightful bedrooms - the master king features a 19th century vintage brass bed with painted headboard, a second has a single bed. Both have luxury foam Casper mattresses and crisp Soak & Sleep linen.
Outside a large private and sunny courtyard garden is available for the sole use of Cotswold Place.
Cotswold Place is located on a quiet road within a minute’s walk of the very heart of historic Cirencester and all of its varied shopping and dining facilities.

Outside Description
The property is accessed from a path accessing a locked courtyard. There are a table and two chairs in the private courtyard.
Downstairs Description
The property is townhouse style. Entry is via a downstairs hallway (shared with one other property) and a short flight of carpeted stairs brings you to the private entry.
An entrance hall has a stylish Danish coat rack. A cupboard houses a washer dryer (washing pods supplied)
In the lounge there is a velvet sofa, antique Persian rug, 18th century dining table and chairs, interesting antiques, fine art and classic books. Lighting is discrete whilst a log stove (starter supply logs etc provided - extras can be purchased) provides a delightful atmosphere. The lounge windows overlook Cricklade Street and there is occasional modest street noise.
The dining area with a brass pendant light seats up to 3 persons on a lovely antique elm table.
There is unlimited free high speed wifi and a flat screen smart Sony LED TV with access to cable & Netflix (your ac required) together with a bluray DVD player and lots of varied films.
For music there is a full choice with digital Roberts radio, bluetooth stereo speakers, CD player and a cool & classy CD collection
The kitchen is all new, fully fitted and has all usual facilities plus extras like a Nespresso machine and frother, Nutribullet and dishwasher.
First Floor Description
The idyllic master bedroom has a 19th century brass bed with a romantically themed painted headboard and footboard. There is a ultra comfortable Caspar mattress with crisp white Soak and Sleep linen.
Gold anglepoise lamps sit on antique 'Arts & Crafts' side tables. Overhead a vintage French crystal chandelier illuminates the 17th century beams and a cotswold stone wall.
The second bedroom has a comfortable 3 ft John Lewis bed and la uxury Eve mattress.
For storage the main bedroom has wall hooks and some drawers. The 2nd bedroom has a small wardrobe. When one bedroom only is booked for a 2 person stay guests have access to the 2nd bedroom for storage but we ask that the bed is not used in any way.
The bathroom sits off the hall between the two rooms. It features a full bath, stand-up shower with glass screen, loads of hot water, deep-pile towels and quality toiletries from Cole & Lewis White Collection.
Window Views Description
The front of the property overlooks historic Cricklade Street. There may be some occasional street noise in the living room, less in the top floor bedroom. The single bedroom has peaceful views across the rooftops behind the property.
