This cottage is perfect for couples looking to get away from it all and kick back and relax in cosy yet spacious accommodation
The primary accommodation in this holiday cottage is all on the ground floor. It may be suitable for people with walking difficulties or limited mobility.
A detached, property, Dreamcatcher has an enclosed private garden at the front. The rear faces the sunken garden. With underfloor heating, as well as a woodburner the property is warm and cosy at any time of the year.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, cosy lounge and large bedroom and shower room for cosy evenings in. The mezzanine in this cottage is a lovely, intimate space with a double futon that can be made up as a bed for a 3rd person if required (small additional charge)
Outside in the private garden, you will find garden furniture and a barbeque. The garden is fully enclosed and 99.9% pet escape proof.
Very well behaved pets are welcome at £25 each per stay but please read the terms on our website before booking.

Dreamcatcher is one of just two delightful holiday cottages at Webber Hill Farm Cottages in Devon. The cottages are perfectly located for nature lovers, cyclists and walkers as they are situated close to Dartmoor National Park, in rural mid Devon. Webber Hill Farm sits on the edge of the charming village of Sampford Courtenay and is just a short drive to the vibrant town of Okehampton. The cottages are also ideally placed to visit the superb beaches and to cross the border in to Cornwall.

Outside Description
The rear of Dreamcatcher backs onto the sunken garden, with Moonseeker cottage on the far side. To the front is the private garden for Dreamcatcher. This is fully enclosed with high hedging and a gate leading onto the main driveway. There is a flagstone patio with table and chairs and a small lawned area.
Downstairs Description
All of the main accommodation in Dreamcatcher is on ground floor level. You will enter via the back door, where the car parking space is, and immediately find yourself in the lounge with its vaulted ceiling and exposed beams. The lounge is open plan right the way through to the kitchen, although there is a partial dividing brick and wood partition.
The lounge area has a sofa, armchair, coffee table, large TV and DVD/CD player, Woodburner (first basket of logs free) and a range of table lamps and overhead lighting. Walk through past the stairs to the mezzanine and you will find yourself in the kitchen. Here there is seating for 4 people at the kitchen table, and the cottage is equipped with plenty of glasses, cutlery and crockery. Whether you are boiling an egg, or planning a banquet for two, you will find all you need to prepare a romantic feast.
The kitchen has a cooker with two ovens and 4 hob rings with a warming plate (all electric), microwave, fridge with a small 4* freezer compartment, slimline dishwasher, Venus stove top espresso coffee maker, cafetiere, drip-coffee cafetiere & washing machine.
Going back toward the lounge you will turn left into the inner hall with the shower room immediately in front of you (sliding door), with loo, sink and large shower cubicle with power shower. There is a heated towel warmer in this room as well as the underfloor heating which is throughout the downstairs.
The inner hall also leads to the bedroom with its 6 ft SuperKing bed with a sumptuous mattress topper so you won't feel the zip (twin on request), bedside cabinets and bedside lamps, wardrobe & dressing table. There is underbed storage.
Narrow stairs wind up to the mezzanine reading room.
First Floor Description
Up on the mezzanine is a day bed under the eaves, a 4ft futon sofa with reading lamp. The futon can be made into a bed on request for a 3rd person. There is a chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and cheval mirror in this area as well as a built in hanging space with coat hangers.
There are plenty of books up here for the keen reader, as well as two yoga mats.
Window Views Description
From the downstairs the back door has views over the sunken garden. To the front the large windows look into Dreamcatcher's garden and the busy bird feeder (we supply extra seed for guests to feed the birds if they wish). The kitchen looks down the driveway toward the fields (depending on how high the hedge is). From the mezzanine the velux window looks across the garden and the linhay
