Nutcombe Barn is one of just three, luxury, dog friendly cottages delightfully located on the Edge of Exmoor National Park on the outskirts of beautiful coastal village of Combe Martin in North Devon.
Open all year round makes it an ideal base for family holidays, friends sharing or couples with short breaks offered between October and Easter. The three Grade II listed, bank barn conversions have been lovingly renovated whilst retaining many of the original features with exposed beams, English oak flooring, granite worktops and limestone shower rooms. Each of the cottages has its own south facing sun terrace or garden with ample off-road parking. Conveniently, there is also a separate dog garden and three-acre field.
Nutcombe Barn is semi detached to Cider house and has conveniently a door we open up between the two properties at first floor level to create one larger property sleeping up to ten people. Perfect for large family holidays or those special occasions like Christmas and New Year or special birthdays.
