Glaven Cottage, originally the old Letheringsett Brewery Mill, was built in the 17th century and is tucked away in a very secluded and inconspicuous area at the back of the famous gated complex of The Maltings. You will be taken to a world of ultimate relaxation in this rural sanctuary, which boasts an abundance of vintage charm. Simply relax, pause, and breathe in the cool country air. The lovely hardwood floors with underfloor heating take you across the ground floor, displaying elegant antique windows, unusual ornamental pieces of furniture, and professionally designed interiors that merge heritage with modern. On colder evenings, the wood-burning stove in the dual-purpose sitting room provides warmth and ambient light, while the huge oak dining table is the ideal place to share meals and chat. It takes less than 30 minutes to get from the cottage to the beaches at Wells-next-the-Sea, Stiffkey, Morsten, Blakeney, Cley-next-the-Sea, Salthouse, Sheringham, and Cromer.Thursford Wood is a nice place to walk and is less than ten minutes away.
