At Harold’s Barn escape to the idyllic countryside in this charming 3-bedroom cottage, nestled in the heart of the picturesque Briningham.
Harold’s Barn has a beautiful open plan living, dining and kitchen area.
The kitchen is spacious with a large breakfast bar. It is very well equipped with a big Bosch fridge freezer and independent wine fridge.
The main living area is dominated by the full height ceiling with stunning glass pendant lights. The glass sided oak staircase heads up to a glass sided bridge which connects the two upstairs bedrooms.
Harold’s Barn sleeps six in three ensuite bedrooms (one down stairs and two upstairs). All three bedrooms have superking beds, two of which are zip and link which can be made up as single beds on request.
The barn is heated by air source underfloor heating and is toasty warm, but just in case there is a woodburner to create that cosy feeling of a winter evening. Wood is provided.
Harold’s Barn has a sun room which catches the sun from lunchtime onwards and is a perfect place to sit on a cooler day.
There is an enclosed garden with a large tiled area immediately accessible from the main entrance or the French doors from the main living area.
There is a large table and super comfy outdoor dining chairs.
There is ample off road parking and a dedicated car port for Harold’s Barn. There is an EV charger.
We happily accept pets and offer walking on our 500 acre arable farm immediately accessible from Harold’s Barn.
Please note that Harold’s Barn is adjacent to Myrtle’s Barn and both properties can be taken together to accommodate up to twelve guests.
