On the first floor are two rooms with three single beds (one with sea view, the other with en-suite loo) and another king size bedroom with similar sea view and en-suite toilet and shower. There are two further communal bathrooms (one with separate shower and bath) on the first floor.
Downstairs there is a large lounge and a huge kitchen dining room both with doors out to the large enclosed back garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with two dishwashers an integrated fridge freezer, an Aga plus separate hob.
There is a further large American style fridge freezer in the games room. Double doors take you out onto a large patio with outdoor dining for fourteen people and a charcoal BBQ as well as a separate games room off the patio. There is also a shower room toilet and utility room (separate washing machine and dryer) on this floor.
