With stunning countryside views and peaceful surroundings Inglewood is a favourite with small families and friends alike. Sleeping up to 4 guests in award winning comfort the cottage is spacious and welcoming. It has an open plan living area and fully equipped kitchen and two spacious bedrooms. At one end of the living area is the double bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, at the other end is the twin room (super-king option available - please request at time of booking) with comfortable beds, both with white cotton linen.
Both en-suite shower rooms have spacious shower cubicles, electric heated towel rails and lovely soft white towels are provided.
Inglewood is one of just four high quality self-catering cottages which are delightfully situated in a rural location in the heart of the picturesque Eden Valley. There is also a fifth property available for rent (Aster cottage) a self-catering cottage which is located in the beautiful village of nearby Kirkoswald.

Bordered in the West by the lakes and mountains of the Lake District National Park, now a World Heritage Site and to the East by the hills and waterfalls of the North Pennines and Yorkshire Dales.
All four properties are located around a central courtyard, which provides ample parking for all cottages. There is a large shared garden, predominantly laid to grass, with mature borders surrounding. Each cottage has it's own outdoor seating located close to the cottage, in addition there are various seating areas located around the garden for all to enjoy. In addition Inglewood has it's own parking space, an enclosed patio area and a stunning garden with further seating options.
Other facilities include a washer/dryer, clothes airer, outside clothes line, boot rack, a Mud Daddy, additional freezer space, games, DVD's, books and maps. These facilities are shared amongst three other properties.
Previously the dairy, the open plan living area and both bedrooms in Inglewood benefit from an exposed stone wall which acts as a gentle reminder of the history of the building. The recently fitted oak kitchen cabinets, with integrated appliances add a coordinated simplicity to the living area. The decor is stylish and coordinated with high quality seating options in the lounge, from which you can enjoy the wonderful views towards Kirkoswald and truly amazing sunsets. The double bedroom benefits from a king size bed, whilst the twin room has the option to be made up as a super-king. Both bedrooms have the same stylish decor with coordinated soft furnishings, white cotton bed linen and fluffy white towels.

The kitchen window overlooks the courtyard and the double lounge windows overlook the private garden, with stunning views down the valley to Kirkoswald. Both bedroom windows overlook the private garden, with each shower room having obscured glass that fronts the courtyard.
