One of the bedrooms with twin beds can be converted to a king-sized bed instead. Kineton has 2 bathrooms (one ensuite and one family bathroom) - both with baths and shower screens

Upstairs in Kineton is the landing with play kitchen and access to the other rooms. The lounge is spacious with seating for 8 and views over the countryside. The utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. The well-equipped kitchen overlooks the courtyard. The dining room has a vaulted ceiling and seats 8 people comfortbly.
