Outside Description
There are French doors leading out onto the rear patio just off the kitchen and another set opening onto the sunny south facing patio and garden. This is a perfect spot to enjoy a sundowner while taking in the awesome views down the valley or gaze up at the dark skies at night.
Downstairs Description
On the ground floor you walk from large porch / welly room into the enormous open plan kitchen / living room. The country-style kitchen is fully equipped with American-style fridge freezer, ultra-modern electric range, and high-spec appliances. There is a large central island with breakfast bar, dining room area with seating for 8 and the lounge with low slung comfortable sofas surrounding the cosy wood-burning stove.
There is a large bedroom on the ground floor complete with its own ensuite shower room. The enormous superking bed can also be made up as a twin.
First Floor Description
Upstairs you will find two further bedrooms. One twin room with an ensuite shower room and another large super king bedroom with unbelievable south facing views from the picture window, this bedroom has a magnificent bathroom with roll top bath.
Window Views Description
The Laverick cottage has many windows and each one gives an entirely different but magnificent view. The south facing windows take your eye on a journey down the North Tyne river and right across to The Pennines and Hadrian's Wall. The green, lush farm land, river valley followed by snow capped mountains in the far distance make you want to stay and enjoy these views forever.
