This wonderful country cottage is situated at the top of Friston in East Sussex. It boasts some of the most picturesque views of the South Downs with tree top views of the forests below.
The property is an annex to the main country house, but provides its own separate luxury holiday accommodation. The key features include a wood burning fire, off road parking, amazing views and private entrance.
Not only is the village of Friston located within beautiful surroundings, it is also a just of the south coast of England. It offers quick access to the Seven Sisters, Beachy Head, Birling Gap and the beaches of Eastbourne.
As you head into the lodge a private door leads to an inner hallway. You are welcomed by a large, open-plan kitchen/living area that provides a great space to relax and unwind in.
The handsome wood-burning stove is in the lounge and comes ready with logs provided. There is plenty of entertainment with a T.V, DVD player, an iPod docking station and a Sonos WiFi speaker. The dining table is perfectly placed giving you the opportunity to take in the views whilst you dine.
The kitchen area has a washing machine, double oven, fridge freezer and microwave. There is also all the utensils you will need for a self catering break.
The lodge comes with two off road parking spaces (plus there is further parking by the main house if required). There is also store room for your bicycles if you want to take advantage of the nearby trails. Linen and towels are included and for stays longer than a week a second set will be supplied. All bills (reasonable use) and WiFi are also included.

Outside Description
There is a private patio area that looks out across the breathtaking scenery of the South Downs National Park. It is the perfect place to dine alfresco and watch as the sun and shadows change the landscape before you.
Downstairs Description
Open plan living/kitchen area with modern fittings and carefully picked furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a centre island to create a social environment. There is a cosy log burning fire in the lounge area, logs are provided so you are all set up for those colder British nights. Finally the patio door leads outside and offers amazing countryside views.
First Floor Description
The first floor consists of the master bedroom which has a kingsize bed and an ensuite bathroom, plus more stunning country views. The second bedroom can be made as a twin or as a kingsize if two couples are sharing. There is also a spacious family shower room.
