If you are looking to escape for a extended family holiday or with a large group of friends Maidensea House may well be the ideal choice. Stunning 180-degree sea views, games room, indoor swimming pool and cinema are just a few of the amazing facilities available to guests.
Maidensea House sleeps 16 in 8 en-suite double bedrooms, and has recently been refurbished to an exceptionally high specification, making the most of expansive open plan living and providing indoor entertainment options all year round.
The open plan kitchen has room for everyone and its space and dining area is perfect for large groups to socialise in comfort with stylish sofas, modern interiors and panoramic views.
Overlooking the sea, it is set in a prime position in the peaceful picturesque village of Maidencombe and is a just stroll to the South West Coast Path, beach, cosy local pub, and fine dining restaurant.
Outside, everything is just as impressive with beautiful landscaped gardens to enjoy with seating areas and terraces to socialise or relax on.
We regret we can not allow Pets, and we do not accept bookings from Hen and Stag groups.
Maidencombe is a very tranquil village, and out of respect for our neighbours we do not allow music outdoors. We also request that external noise is minimised after 9.30pm.

Outside Description
The house is set in a beautiful well-established garden of approximately half an acre, that surrounds a patio with a BBQ and tables and chairs providing space for alfresco dining for up to 16 people. The peaceful garden again has magnificent views,and provides an ideal space to sit out and relax, or for children to play. At one end of the garden is a beautiful and stylish indoor heated swimming pool (10m * 4M) and behind the house, a games room incorporating a 7ft slate pool table and a table tennis table.
Downstairs Description
Leading off the entrance hall is a large open plan cooking, dining, and seating area, ideal for all the family, and for entertaining without isolating The Cook! The kitchen is well appointed with modern appliances including 3 ovens, a microwave and a warming drawer by NEFF, A 5 zone Smeg Induction Hob, two dishwashers. and a fridge. There are two further bottle fridges in the dining area and an American style fridge Freezer complete with ice maker in the utility room. In the utility room there is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a wood burning stove in the seating area that makes for a very cosy atmosphere. In a separate room is a state of the art 85" TV and surround sound system all surrounded by an abundance of comfy seating. Finally, there is one accessible bedroom and ensuite with walk in wet room shower. A shower stool and toilet frame are available if required.
First Floor Description
There are seven double bedrooms all with ensuites. Each bedroom is unique and every bathroom special. All bathrooms have digital rain showers, and two have baths as well. Linen is all sourced from The White Company, and the bedrooms are all beautifully finished with stylish furniture and luxurious soft finishings.. All bedrooms can be made up as doubles, and 5 can be made up as twins. The first floor also has a balcony with seating, that has far reaching views over the gardens and out to sea.
Window Views Description
4 Of the bedrooms and the open plan living area have fantastic views over the garden and sea, and the remaining bedrooms have views overlooking the courtyard and towards open countryside.
