At Myrtle’s Barn escape to the idyllic countryside in this charming 3-bedroom cottage, nestled in the heart of the picturesque Briningham.
Myrtle’s Barn has a beautiful open plan living, dining and kitchen area.
The kitchen is spacious with a large breakfast bar. It is very well equipped with a big Bosch fridge freezer and independent wine fridge.
The main living area is dominated by the full height ceiling with stunning glass pendant lights.
The glass sided oak staircase heads up to a glass sided bridge which connects the two upstairs bedrooms.
Myrtle’s Barn sleeps six in three ensuite bedrooms (one downstairs and two upstairs). Two of the bedrooms have superking zip and link beds which can be made up as single beds on request.
The barn is heated by air source underfloor heating and is toasty warm, but just in case there is a woodburner to create that cosy feeling of a winter evening. Wood is provided.
The garden is completely enclosed and looks out across the fields.
There is plenty of off road parking and a dedicated car port for Myrtle’s Barn. There is an EV charger.
We happily accept pets and offer walking on our 500 acre arable farm immediately accessible from Myrtle’s Barn.
Please note that Myrtle’s Barn is adjacent to Harold’s Barn and both properties can be taken together to accommodate up to twelve guests.
