Sleeping 4 in one King size room and one Twin room (can be a Super-King), Nutcombe Cottage is perfect for families or couples and with it’s own south facing, enclosed terrace and garden, it is perfect for those with children or dogs.
As a bank barn conversion, entry is from the rear of the property into a spacious open plan living space which has been lovingly renovated whilst retaining many of the original features with solid English oak flooring, vaulted ceiling and feature stone walls and offers stunning views from the window overlooking the garden and hills beyond.
A country style Shaker kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer and plenty of crockery and cooking utensils with a statement Belfast sink and Retro Smeg fridge/freezer as well as a drinks fridge.
The two bedrooms are downstairs alongside the luxury limestone shower room with a double size rainfall shower. The king size room offers beautiful views from your bed and both bedrooms have access through French doors onto the sun terrace and garden.
Nutcombe Cottage has it’s own private enclosed garden with a grassed area as well as a large slate sun terrace equipped with dining area, sun loungers and a BBQ; a perfect place to end a busy day exploring and the dogs will love it too!
Up to two dogs are welcomed (3 small dogs by arrangement), who also get to enjoy a large dedicated dog garden for zoomies as well as a 3 acre field.
There is ample off-road parking as well as Fibre To The Premises Superfast WiFi, so you can even work from home if you need to or just watch a film on your Netflix account and relax!
Open all year round for weekly holidays or short breaks (May half term – 1st October) Nutcombe Holiday Cottages are the perfect base to explore North Devon’s Heritage Coast and Exmoor with it’s stunning coastline and moorland. The beautiful sandy beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton which are part of the UK’s World Surfing Reserve, are a short drive away and offer great waves for surfers and bodyboarders alike or just a lazy day on the beach.
