Oliver’s Mill is the ideal cottage for a multi-generational holiday with a spacious yet cosy feel and being very well appointed. Having 5 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms and an extensive living area with exclusive & private access to our Indoor Swimming Pool, Multi Sports Court & Under 5’s Play Area, this cottage is ideal for that larger group.
You also have access to all of our shared facilities of our NEW Football Field, Star Gazing & Bird Watching Area’s, BBQ’s, Picnic Area, Bike Store, on-site Parking and Free WiFi.
This cottage gives you plenty of space and flexibility with a large well equipped kitchen with all you need to cater for your guests, a spacious dining area, comfortable sitting room with the added feature of a Wood Burning stove, along with the charming snug area filled with toys, books, games and DVD’s, ideal for the children to relax in after a busy time in the pool
There is also downstairs shower room and toilet.
Outside there is a good size enclosed lawned garden with a patio and furniture surrounded by mature plants. Enjoy soaking up the countryside whilst reading a good book or enjoying a family meal.
Oliver’s Mill is Pet Friendly and has excellent walking & cycling right on your doorstep. The Shropshire Way Footpath runs through the farm, and the Shropshire Union Canal is a short walk away. The Mercia cycle path runs past the farm
Locally, there are plenty of excellent attractions to keep guests of all ages entertained, including the incredible Bewilderwood, the world-renowned Chester Zoo, Hoo Farm & Dinosaur Land, the magical Hawkstone Follies, Park Hall Farm with its wonderful Tractor Rides and Alderford Lake Aqua Park that is literally just down the road!! Along with many Castles, Historic Houses and places of interests as well!!
Our Charming local market town of Whitchurch is less than 2 miles away. Filled with coffee shops, bakeries and some delightful artisan shops and boutiques, which are lovely to explore. The Antiques Emporium is an excellent venue to spend some time exploring and Doddle Alley Pottery painting is also located in Whitchurch.
There are plenty of family friendly places to eat including Rubens American Diner, Etzios, The Black Bear and many more.
