Delightfully situated in more than 10 acres of stunning South Hams countryside and only a short drive from South Devon’s world-class beaches, the accommodation is ideal for families, groups of friends and celebrations. Nearby are the coastal towns Salcombe, Kingsbridge, and Dartmouth. This part of Devon has plenty of attractions to entertain the whole family from heritage railways, National Trust properties, petting farms and walks along the South West Coast Path and on the edges of Dartmoor.

Outside Description
Pelham has a large enclosed garden with its own swings (in addition to use of the PItt Farm facilities). There are picnic tables and a great BBQ terrace with seating for 12.
Pelham has parking for 3 cars. We may be able to accommodate additional cars by prior arrangement.
Downstairs Description
Pelham has a large hallway leading to a great eat-in kitchen with seating for 6. The kitchen has access also to the dining room which seats 12 to 14 comfortably. The lounge is spacious with views over the garden and has a huge Smart TV and a selection of books, toys and games.
Accessed from the hallway via utilty area (with washer, dryer and additional fridge space) is the downstairs bedroom with separate shower room and WC making this an ideal cottage where there's a need for stairless access or separation.
First Floor Description
Upstairs are 5 large bedrooms (three twins and 2 doubles both with king-sized beds). The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a fantastic balcony overlooking the fields and the setting sun. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower screen. The skylights have blackout blinds ensuring a great night's sleep in very comfortable beds (all replaced in 2021/2022).
