Upton Bishop is a short distance from the Malvern Hills, Ledbury and Worcestershire and the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire. You will be ideally based for the three counties.

Outside Description
Perrycliff Cottage is on a quiet country lane and has securely fenced courtyard garden with stylish garden furniture made form sustainable wood from Grove Wood. In addition there is a large, exclusive use orchard across the road with vintage summer house and fire pit and garden furniture so you can enjoy the amazing views and watch the sun set over the Wye Valley and Ross-on Wye. Shared use of owner's tennis court which adjoins the cottage. The Cottage has a green tourism silver award and the owners environmental policy details all the measures taken to make your stay as sustainable as possible.
Downstairs Description
Enter the cottage via a spacious entrance hall and the large living room with wood burner fire leads off enjoying spectacular views through sliding french doors onto a terrace for eating or lighting a chimnea and sitting outdoors for eating or relaxing. Quality soft furnishings and smart TV and automated skylights add to the light and airy feel of the room including vaulted ceiling with green oak beams. There is also a smaller living room with smart TV and open views and dining area and kitchen with Aga and laundry room with cupboard for coats and boots. There are two en-suite bedrooms downstairs at each end of the Cottage- one can be made into a twin or superking room and the other is a twin room.
First Floor Description
All bedrooms have comfortable beds with Egyptian cotton 200 thread count bedlinen and cotton towels and dressing gowns. The first floor has two bedrooms one superking with old oak beams and one room which can be twin or superking. All bedrooms are en-suite. All bathrooms feature luxury Myddfai Trading warm ginger products. All bathrooms have stand alone showers and one upstairs bathroom has a bath with shower in the bath.
Window Views Description
Vast landscape of Herefordshire's finest countryside just outside your windows as far as Wales. Spectacular views form all the front windows and rear of cottage looks into courtyard and garden views towards Grove wood.
